ZMAX Manxi Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley)

Very goodexperience overall,walking distance to kuanzai alleys and metro station. very friendly staff,小文was very kind,she gave my laowai husband a toy panda as gift,that was a good surprise at the end.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we experienced a smooth and efficient check-in process with no delays or issues. What impressed us was the convenience of voice and app-controlled amenities such as lights, air conditioning, and television, making our stay hassle-free. The front desk staff promptly addressed our requests, and the housekeeping team consistently checked if we needed cleaning services. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable and problem-free.

Positives: The rooms are really good looking and clean. The location is great - a lovely area to walk around and explore. The staff are very polite and kind. There is a small gym and a laundry room. Very strong AC. Really large room sizes. Negatives: NOISY!!! Always noisy - day and night. There is construction on the fourth floor. There is music playing in the hall all day and all night which you can hear in the room (especially if you are in a room where the speaker is directly outside the door). There is no sound proofing and you can hear people in the other rooms across the hall and people shouting in the hall. Aiyi didn’t make the bed - just gave new towels and water - I thought this was a little strange? Bar is limited.

在去重慶的路上給這家酒店寫下點評：一家非常有温度的酒店，服務態度真的非常好，沒有到店之前聯繫酒店方看是否可以升級房型，前台很爽快的就答應了，入住期間出現問題，前台都是及時解決，而且從大廳路過像是都記住了我們一樣，感謝4月24日晚上值班的戴眼鏡小姐姐給我們準備的耳塞，解決了外面吵的問題，雖然還是有聲音，但是細節很暖心，很貼心，早餐也不錯，品種不多，但是很特色，很有設計的酒店，佈局簡單大方，整體使用很智能，也很方便，衞生很乾凈，退房時給我們送了伴手禮，感謝酒店工作人員的熱心接待以及對於我們提供的服務，成都之旅非常愉快，再次感謝工作人員小陳 小文的禮物🎁，以後來成都還會選擇你們家！

非常滿意本次的住宿體驗，強烈推薦給來成都的朋友。 酒店滿滿的現代風設計～ 房間每個細節都很到位，全語音控制，特製香味洗浴用品，速熱水壺。床品也非常乾淨舒適。 酒店位置很好，步行距離到寬窄巷子，周圍也很多餐廳和小超市。 最重要是酒店人員的體貼温柔，剛到就為我們準備好歡迎茶水和水果。特別要謝謝前台的代小姐，一直保持甜美笑容，為我們提供了很多幫助！

Le voyage s'est bien passé. L'hôtel est propre et le personnel très agréable. Par contre, l'aménagement de l'hôtel et de la chambre ne sont pas bien pensés : - le petit déjeuner se fait a l'accueil, avec les va et vient (= ouverture et fermeture des portes), il y a plein de courants d'air. Et il faisait super froid le matin... De plus le petit déjeuner était uniquement chinois. - la chambre était trop domotique : tout se règle via des commandes murales mais elles ne sont pas faciles à utiliser. - le lavabo se trouve juste à l'entrée de la chambre, ce qui est gênant - il y avait une fuite au niveau de la douche (qui donne sur l'entrée), nous l'avons signalé à la personne de l'accueil à 2 reprises. Je crois que du joint silicone a été remis, mais il y avait toujours une petite flaque. - le WC et la chambre sont séparés par une vitre teintée, on voit tout de même les couleurs et les formes, c'est un peu gênant. De plus, il y a une lumière automatique quand on entre dans le WC. Lorsque les enfants dorment, cela peut les réveiller. Bref, je mets tout de même 4 étoiles car le personnel était très serviable et que l'emplacement top

入住體驗感還是不錯的，離寬窄巷子很近，周邊吃飯也挺方便。尤其是前台小文服務很好，還贈送啦冰粉，謝謝

非常好，就是智能語音助手開燈的時候能不能不要設定閲讀燈，眼睛要瞎了，前台小靜和小代態度非常好，好評。
