was amazing i still give it a 5 star even though valet was 75 bucks a day but the valet guy told us about some parking app and that made up for it. My fiance loved it especially the bathroom and it was for his birthday so he enjoyed it.

The service was incredible. The best hotel/stay in the Fulton District. They stock the fridge with free water and milk for your tea and coffee. And we booked the “Cosy” room. And it was indeed cosy with a great view! 10/10 would do it again. And will!

Attention to detail and high quality Waterworks faucets in bathrooms. Work for RH, parent company for Waterworks and is the first hotel of many that I’ve stayed in Chiacgo that uses these systems.

I loved the variety of options to dine at and around the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice!

Stayed here for work. Great lobby vibe/aesthetic. Room was quite small but efficient, but had lower lighting in bathroom that made it hard to put on my make up. HVAC in room was also very noisy, in addition to the sounds of the train that runs right beside the hotel. If you are sentitive to noise while sleeping, def pack earplugs.

This is a beautiful, boutique style property that we really enjoyed! The room was clean, updated and cozy; and the front desk staff was warm and engaging. Wonderful!

The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud.
