Toilet was leaking from the base. Shower broken. The water was coming out of the hose of the shower. Also what little water came out of the hose was freezing cold. No hot water. I can only surmise that the positive reviews are paid for because there is no way that anyone who actually made the mistake of booking and staying here would have a single good word to say about this place and staff"

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και διατηρημένο σε πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο. Συνιστώ πολύ αυτό το ξενοδοχείο σε όποιον διαμένει στο Chișinău, και ευχαριστώ ειλικρινά ολόκληρη την ομάδα του ξενοδοχείου για την τόσο μεγάλη φροντίδα της οικογένειάς μου."

"We stayed at this hotel with our two kids and took the family room. The hotel is new and very comfortable especially the kids room well organized.The internet connection is fantastic fast and stable everywhere, super important thing for us and for the kids.. In the morning we had breakfast with the kiddos in the cafeteria, instead of the main restaurant hall. Great idea because there are few people, the vibe is very quiet and nobody disturbs nobody. The kids loved the breakfast (and it's not easy to please them!). For dessert we had fresh seasonal fruits cherries, strawberries and apricots.And also the kids were obsessed with the local papanash with jam, delicious! All the staff was very nice to us. Totally recommend for those traveling with kids!! will definitely come back."

"We stayed at the hotel for just a few hours after a long car journey. The next day we had an early flight. We arrived around 11:00 PM local time. When I booked, there was information in the notes that the reception was open until 8:00 PM and that I needed to notify them of a later check-in. The hotel website had a mobile phone number linked to VIBER, which I used to contact the hotel. First, they confirmed my reservation, and second, as it turned out, the reception was open 24 hours a day. The girl at the reception thanked me for informing me of the late check-in. Upon arrival and check-out, the staff did a great job 💯%. They helped me lift/take down my suitcases and quickly called a taxi (there is no elevator in the hotel and this was invaluable help for me). To understand, I was alone with two small children. The room was very nice, clean, fresh, it's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy it. Since we had a very early flight, we didn't have time for breakfast. They packed lunch boxes for us, but it turned out somehow awkwardly (they were packed poorly/inconveniently), I only took yogurts for the children. And the number of bags exceeded the number of hands. In any case, thank you for your concern, but perhaps we should think about how to prepare lunch boxes for guests more correctly in the future. Overall, it was quite comme il faut)))"
