"I would never recommend this hotel, this place! and Chuisa is a very small town, nothing to see and not convenient to get around. Hotel room extremely small, no window. The room is the different from the picture it shows. (Cheating!!!) The staff don’t speak good English, apparently it’s a family owned hotel. The room was extremely freezing, not enough shower gel, no water, no elevator etc. The staff didn’t make you feel welcome at all especially at the reception. They are too cold and they have lack of will or knowledge to help guests. If you ask them a question, they don’t know anything… or don’t know anything to tell where to go for Dolomite mountains. They can’t be bothered to help you with anything. The price doesn’t worth the money! The only thing good about this place is the dinning is acceptable, but still… there is even a cat jumping around the table when I was having breakfast and dinner… overall, very bad experience, not convenient for traveling, didn’t feel welcomed. If you think to travel around the mountains, don’t come here!!!! The worst experience of my trip this time!!!!!!"

"Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The grounds are spacious and beautiful, with a pool. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend half-board. Dinner is served outdoors in a beautiful setting. The food is outstanding. We were a small group, unfortunately only staying one night, and everyone was delighted."

"During our 8-night stay in Italy, we spent 3 nights at this hotel, and it was by far our best experience. A lovely little hotel with beautiful grounds and genuinely warm, friendly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really added to the welcoming feel of the hotel. The rooms are fairly basic, but they are modern, spotlessly clean and very well organised, with plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool area after a day of hiking — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is ideal for exploring some amazing hiking trails in the mountains. The town itself was just a short walk away and was a real unexpected hidden gem. With its Germanic heritage, it’s incredibly beautiful, with some lovely restaurants and the best ice cream parlour I’ve ever been to! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this lovely little hotel. It has so much going for it and is a fantastic base for exploring the area."
