Good location, very close to the Marienplatz. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is 9.8 Euro/person for the outside staff and 8 Euro/person for the guest, and sometimes a breakfast coupon is given. The downside is that the elevator is parked in the middle of the two floors, and the luggage needs to move up half a floor. The car park is a paid car park a few hundred meters away. The two-person room cannot accommodate an extra bed, but you can play the ground floor yourself.

For cleanliness, comfort and proximity to the train station you would be impressed with this hotel! We arrived at approximately 9 pm and were greeted with a friendly receptionist who explained the procedure for wifi and location and times for the included breakfast. Our room overlooked the street, was quiet, clean with modern fittings in the bathroom, ample towels and amenities and comfortable bed. Some thought has gone into including extra amenities to add comfort to the room. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with various cold meats, cheeses, breads, juices, cereals, eggs and coffee. Attention to detail and cleanliness of tables was very evident. We were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of this accommodation for the price and location and would not hesitate in recommending a stay here.

I specially chose this hotel to participate in the Oktoberfest. It is a hotel within walking distance. I walked to the main venue of the Oktoberfest in 5-10 minutes. It was great. Although the room was not big, it was very clean. It was a good experience.

Hard to fault if looking a central base for exploring Munich and surrounding areas. Very reasonably priced for a city centre hotel. Rooms are basic but functional and breakfast sets up for the day. Less than 5 mins from main train station (and even closer to U bahn). Was here with group of friends. My room faced the street and it was noisy at night but luckily I could fall asleep on a pin! Friends had back facing rooms which seemed quieter. Imagine the noise (and no air conditioning) might not suit all guests, but for price don’t believe you can complain. Not sure if travelling with young family it would necessarily be suitable as at night the street comes alive (some delicious fast food / kebabs, but also next door to table dancing club). That said if I was going back to Munich I’d have no hesitations in staying here again

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with any request or question, and their genuine care for their guests was evident in every interaction. Furthermore, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. It allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and make the most of my stay. Overall, I can't praise this hotel enough. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and convenient location made my trip truly memorable. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel can have breakfast and it is very good. The transportation is very convenient. You can reach the commercial street. Go out for five minutes is a street such as Gucci and other luxury brands. It takes ten minutes to walk. The Royal Beer House is where you eat crispy elbows.

The hotel is very new and convenient, but because the doorstep is the business district plus tram stop, it is noisy and you should choose carefully. We brought the child to the hotel and was told that the room booked on Ctrip could not accommodate an extra bed, but it cost twice the price to change to an extra bed room. . .

The hotel is very good, the facade is small, the lobby is small, but the authentic German hotel flavor is felt, the breakfast is very authentic, the things are more, the taste is authentic, such as blueberries, ham, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc., I am still missing this hotel now. Good with the old convention, I will stay here again next time I go to Munich.

The hotel is very good, there is a small courtyard to sit and drink beer, the room is clean and tidy. The traffic is also very convenient. The tramway is not far from the tram street station. It takes 5 minutes to go to the central station three stations. There is a supermarket and dm daily opposite the road, very good

This hotel is about a 10 mins walk to Munich Central Station. There is a major supermarket chain, just 2 mins walk from the hotel, which is very confident. My room was located on level 5, overlooking the main street. On first glance, the room appeared to have all normal facilities. Firstly, the air-conditioning control panel was very difficult to use and I had to ask a cleaner to adjust the setting. Unfortunately, the room never went cold and was permanently set at 25 C which is was too hot in summer. As a consequence had to open the windows and there was significant street noise. The bathroom looked good, but there was no shower curtain, and glass panel was not sufficient to stop water flooding the bathroom, many towels were used to mop the floor. Location: While the hotel is close to central station it is about 2 kms from the main tourist areas, but there is a famous church nearby (see photo). Finally a positive note to finish this review: This room was very large, with twin beds and sitting area, and certainly not a single room I ordered.
