AabbylvrHad the best time staying with Inn Rocio. Very cozy and homey vibes all over the place. Me & my family loved the breakfast and their restaurant La Parilla. Also, the receptionist was kind enough to give us late checkout. You actually don’t need a fan or aircon in the room as it is already freezing cold because of the Baguio weather. Just wanted to suggest maybe have some additional amenities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner etc. Also, bidet in the bathrooms. But all in all, our stay was awesome and definitely worth it. Will be back again for sure!

JJoeUnfortunately the management was zero rated, due to their attitude and manners of the property manager or the owner, the place is beautiful and NEET the view over excitement, but the roads to that place totally damage to reach, and disadvantages no taxi available and it's away from the taxi stand, but the staff was kind, still need to learn management hospitality and how to wellcome the customer as well as encourage them to most welcome at anytime, no timing rules for 1400-2230pm should be 24/7,this is a hostel or motol or homestay,

JJennifer IThis is a good place to stay if you need to be in the city area. The rooms are basic. Quite big and clean although it has been built years ago it is still clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The location is the one you are paying for. It is walking distance from Burnham Park and the market, and Session Road. Easy to explore Baguio from this hotel. If you are not picky and just a place to stay after all your busy tours and exploration of the city this is value for money. The breakfast is plated choices from American and Filipino breakfast which was good. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff,even at the restaurant staff were all courteous. Overall we had a good stay.

GGuest UserCheck-in was fast, i had to check the room they were going to give me the day before, and it was in the back so was fairly quiet. View from my room was the back porch of a residential area, but was relatively quiet. I needed time to recharge and catch some sleep and that i did! Wifi was intermittent and slow coz my room was at the far end, but at least i didn't have to suffer with people and kids walking by my room( i heard kids roaming around just a bit), and sound-proofed enough. Bathroom was clean, all-glass (door doubled up as shower door for privacy) basic toiletries were provided as well as the towels which faintly smelled of chlorine. I did brought alcohol sprays and sanitizers and cleaned the room myself. Air-conditioning was cool enough and muted all the ambient noise outside (a plus for me), huge flat-screen tv was good enough, but had all those cable channels in a foreign language. Bed was a surprise coz i was expecting a springy or noisy matress, but it was neither soft nor rock hard, just firm enough for my back(had a good sleep), and pillows good too( just bring your own pillowcases). Breakfast was included in the room and i was alone so i had 2 servings, the dried fish, and the sausages with eggs,plus unlimited coffee and juice. Hotel has an in-house restaurant which served mostly Asian food, i didn't ask if they still have a buffet coz they had one before the pandemic. There's a well-known restaurant too in the ground floor of the hotel and i think you can order food there too if you want to eat in. (just stayed away from the crowd) Clean room, clean bathroom, and breakfast. Small luxuries with a quiet room. Reasonable rates. Good enough for 4 stars out of 5 for me.

GGuest UserWe stayed at room 511. We requested for slippers and it was immediately given. Pillows have some hairs as if it's not changed. We had hard time turning on the tv. We need to very long press the on/off button in order to function, sometimes it won't function at all. Place is pretty decent. We rented the room for 12 days but we stayed for 8 days bec. we need to go to our province as unplanned. Two plastic bottles of water, 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 small bathsoap and 1 tissue was given. I requested for another 2 plastic bottles of water and tissue the other day and they gave it. If I will not request they will not issue anything, which means for the duration of 12 days, only the above mentioned will be given only once. No electric kettle but they have water dispenser on the 3rd floor hotel reception. Location is good bec. it's in the baguio central district.

GGuest UserService was good overall, although there are things left to be improved. Room was comfy but for some reason, the fan is slow, which matters since there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is good, too. Location is walkable from SM and Session, which is good. A bit of noise from the construction site nearby and Baguio cathedral bells but nothing disturbing about it. It's a good budget hotel.
One thing though, when we got to the hotel, the staff said they are not affiliated with Trip.com so our booking was rerouted to Agoda/Expedia, which was weird. We had to call Trip.com customer support to check.

TTrittle LIf you're after the basic amenities for lodging and accommodations, this facility is perfect especially for family trips where the budget is quite limited. It's already value for money given the cost and the space the rooms provide. The food is not so bad either and is far better than other newer, fancier hotels in Baguio. It is also ideal for quick business trips or office seminars/conferences since it is far from the center of distractions, traffic and hustle and bustle of the city.
