Check in/Check out process was easy and smooth. My only gripe is that an alarm clock started ringing in the vacant room next to mine at around 6:30am 😩 I called the front desk and was told there was no one their to come turn it off. Finally, someone did about 15 minutes later.

Very relaxing and safe to say peaceful pleasant people easy stay definitely would suggest it to friends and family if they wanted a valuable hotel

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay here !!! Manager Tony and the rest of the employees went out of their way to accommodate us . We were staying here for just a night since we were here for a family visit. We definitely recommend it and we will be back when we visit our relatives again!

I called first to ask if we could have 2 rooms next to or close to each other. She assured me that would happen. So I made a reservation on June 9th for 2 double rooms, for the night of June 24th, 15 days later. We got there between 3:30 & 4:00. We were told the rooms weren’t next to each other, only one room was ready & the rooms were on different floors. The lady who checked us in went to make sure the room on the first floor (#112) was ready. We found this very odd as check out time is 11 & check in time is 3:00. She came back out from the hallway to the rooms, with another woman, who was protesting the price of water. The clerk told her “the price of everything is going up.” She gave us a key, & we went to get our things from the car. Our group of 4 fought our way to the lobby with our belongings, because there were refugees blocking the main entrance. We put everything in the first room, avoiding the trash strewn all over the hallway & we smelled bacon throughout the hallway. Multiple problems with this room include: the light in the bathroom didn’t work, there was a bag of chicken bones spilled behind the door of the room, there was trash behind the nightstand, no room phone, no microwave, no trash can, the tv didn’t work, the toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet, & the biggest thing was the smoke detector was not on the ceiling only BARE wires hanging! Staff came to clean up & fix the bathroom light. We left for dinner & when we came back 2 hours later, the old light fixture for the bathroom was in the entryway of the room along with the cover for the light & the light STILL didn’t work! That pretty much cancelled any sense of privacy as the bathroom door had to be opened while in use in order to see anything. Obviously, they couldn’t use the shower & were naturally reluctant to do so, because of the poor condition of the hotel & room in general. Children were constantly running up & down the hallways, screaming & banging on & into the room door, until well past midnight. Later, feces were discovered on the bedsheets. Just after midnight, there was a screaming match between 2 women in the hallway of the first floor, directly outside of room 112. It went on for hours. No room phone, so couldn’t call the front desk to report it, though how they couldn’t hear it from the front desk, is a mystery to me. Of course, no one in their right mind would have gone out to the hallway & make their way to the front desk personally, not knowing how serious the hallway fight was. When we were able to get into the 2nd room (#204) it also had a disabled (wires hanging) smoke detector, & the shower, once turned on, had mold coming out of it in clumps, no microwave & no refrigerator, the only accessible working electrical outlets were on the lamps, none in the bathroom, the phone was on the bottom shelf of the nightstand also disabled, we didn’t attempt turning the tv on with the electrical issues in the room, cigarette burns on the sheets. Pet owners and those with small children beware! First off, this location smells horribly of ********* despite being smoke free. The smell was almost unbearable on the 4th floor. I stayed at this location 6/30-7/4 because they labeled themselves as a pet friendly establishment. On my first morning there, I took my dog to the posted Dog Walking area and discovered that there was rat poison covering the grass, not inside of the packaging or inside the secure rat bait box. Unfortunately my dog ingested (soft bait - looked like playdoh in the ground for those of you with small children) some due to this hotels gross negligence. Why on earth would you put poison in an area designated for dogs?! Animal Poison Control was fantastic in helping me save my dog, hotel management took over 4 hours to contact me. I had to go out myself to find the name of the poison from the scraps of paper discarded to provide to the local Pet ER. My dog now needs to be monitored for signs of seizure and internal bleeding which could take days to weeks due to the anticoagulant used, not to mention, this poison, difethialone, is heavily regulated by the EPA because of how highly toxic it is to children and animals, and MUST be contained inside of a secure rat bait trap. Other than expressing sympathy for the “inconvenience”, this hotel took ZERO responsibility for putting dogs and children at risk. They simply cleaned up the poison and carried on like business as usual. I requested to speak to regional management and have heard absolutely nothing. I will never stay at a Hyatt again, will be seeking legal action and warn you all to be careful with your pets and small children at this location.

The hotel was very beautiful. The bar and restaurant were comfortable but the drinks were very overpriced. The hotel accommodated an early check in without a charge which was a bonus. They did charge a $200 fee - which will be returned to my account, but I was not expecting that charge.

The hotel is kind hidden in a dark area (I arrived at night), which made me wonder. Other than that, I had a very nice stay. Everything was comfortable, pillows were very nice. Breakfast is pandemic style: cereals, some bread, etc, things you see everywhere nowadays. The only hot food is make-yourself waffle.
