"Επισκέφτηκα την Σάντα Τερέζα για πρώτη φορά (και σίγουρα όχι τελευταία) και επιλέξαμε τη Βοεμία για τη διαμονή μας. Ήταν ήσυχα... καλά, εκτός από τη νυχτερινή συναυλία που έβγαλαν τα πουλιά, τα βάτραχα, οι πιθήκες κ.λπ. στο ντους (καλώς ακούσατε!). Αλλά λέω αυτό επειδή αυτό είναι που θέλαμε. Είστε εκτός του πολυάσχολου δρόμου, αλλά όχι μακριά από τις παραλίες, τα εστιατόρια, τις αγορές. Ο Γκουίλ και το προσωπικό του μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν οικογένεια... πολύ καλοδεχούμενοι, απαντώντας σε εκατοντάδες ερωτήσεις μου, και έχει μεγάλη επίγνωση της περιοχής."

"We booked the "Tree Nest" unit at Mar-A-Mar and regretted our decision the moment we saw what was involved just to get to the unit. First, the "driveway" is difficult to navigate. It is very steep and the single designated parking space is small with very little room to back out or turn around. It is made of large cemented river rocks that are uneven and very difficult to walk across Next, the stair cases. The owner promotes the place as a "second level" unit. Technically it is a second level unit but first you must climb two sets of narrow steep stairs with a stair count that is equivalent to going up to a four-story level. We found it impossible to climb those stairs with our luggage. And the thought of having to go up and down such a long and steep span of stairs multiple times during our three-day stay was enough to cause us to cancel on the spot before even going into the unit. But, the owner would not let us cancel and falsely claimed the steep stairs were clearly explained in the listing. Absolutely not true and she doubled down with another false claim that the listing stated people with possible health issues should not rent the unit. My wife and I are very healthy for our age and climb stairs at our own home every day. My problem was with the lack of disclosure about the severity of the stairs and then the false claims by this owner. Since I was getting nowhere with the owner, I contacted Amex to stop the charge. To my surprise, the owner had doubled the original charge with Amex to tune of roughly $1500 dollars. Fortunately Amex came through for us and cancelled the charges completely. Do yourself a favor and avoid the "Tree Nest" unit at the Mar-a-Mar complex. There are so many better places to stay in Santa Teresa."

Manala Hotel

"Nice, large cabin with comfortable bed, AC, decent sized fridge, good bathroom facilities, good beach towels. Nice pool as well with girl birding from the pool deck. Good gallo pinto breakfast as well. The place needs some upgrading. Having beach chairs provided was great but they really needed to be replaced. The door to the toilet would not stay shut. The location was really good, right across the street from a beach access. El Facon restaurant next door was excellent. The supermarket and the best soda in Sta.Teresa were a few minutes walk away. We would not go back to Santa Teresa. The beach is marvellous but the town is dusty, crowded with tourists, and chaotic. This place seems to be for self-concerned flat-bellied 20-somethings."

"Love the place, you can go with friends after the sunset enjoy some beers and drinks if you want. Staff is quite friendly and the vibe is relaxed. I would love to have a dj set here since the vibe would be perfect for this type of bar, its quite amazing"

"I had such a great week at Blue Mist! The villas are clean and beautiful. The staff is very attentive and you immediately feel like family here! I was traveling solo so this was very important. It’s located perfectly between Santa Teresa and playa hermosa! I preferred watching sunsets on beautiful playa hermosa! Breakfast every morning with smoothies and fresh juices was a great way to start the day! I highly recommend Blue Mist and can’t wait to return! "

"Η τοποθεσία είναι εκπληκτική!! Η ατμόσφαιρα αλλάζει τη ζωή. Το φαγητό είναι απίστευτο!! Τα δωμάτια είναι αυτό που λείπει. Πλήρωσα για μια σουίτα μπροστά στην παραλία που υποτίθεται ότι είχε μια κουζίνα και δύο ξεχωριστά δωμάτια και είχα ένα καμπίνα με μια τουαλέτα που πάντα τρέχει και ένα ντους, παρά πολύ μικρή πίεση νερού και σχεδόν καθόλου ζεστό νερό. Πολλά καραβάκια στο δωμάτιο κάθε λίγα λεπτά και ο 爬 στο κρεβάτι και σε δαγκώνει. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και ο αέρας ήταν πολύ κρύος. Θα επιστρέψω σίγουρα, αλλά την επόμενη φορά θα είμαι σίγουρος ότι θα πάρω το δωμάτιο που πληρώνω. Ήταν πολύ διασκεδαστικό να συνεχίζαμε και να συμβαίνουν γεγονότα για μένα, για να βρω το χρόνο να το τακτοποιήσω."
