"Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this hotel. When I first got there, they gave me a different room than what I booked. They told me they "upgraded" me, but this was a lie to manipulate me into being content with the fact that they gave my room away to someone they were familiar with who was coming back to stay with them. The room smelled TERRIBLY of mold. It was such a profound smell that I asked for a different room. They then showed me two rooms that smelled exactly the same that I could choose from. I was assured it wasn't mold, and that "we are in a rainforest and things get wet and damp." I have been to costa rica five times, and never have smelled rooms that smell like this for this price. I was not willing to take the risk, so I left and went to an air bnb. I was really hoping to get a refund, so I asked them. They avoided me and never gave me the refund. I felt this was unjust, rude, and strange behavior. I really tried to be kind and resolve this in a way that felt fair, but they are not communicating with me and refused to give me my money back. Please don't waste your money here. I am a budget traveler, but refuse to let that get in the way of my health."

"Such a wonderful stay at Caribe Town! I spent my 40th here and there is no where else I would have wanted to be!! The property is beautiful, the people are so warm and inviting, and the accommodations are just perfect bungalows in the jungle. We laid by the pool, did yoga, read on our patio hammock, played games, had drinks, and just enjoyed everything here. I loved how thoughtful and considerate everything was - there was an area with all sorts of info on local activities, recommended restaurants, a number for a tuk tuk, we had a load of laundry done before we left, and a massage during our stay. I never thought I would be lucky enough to have a massage on my patio in the jungle. The location is perfect too! Right across the street from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and markets. 10/10 we would come back again!"

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ άνετο και άνετο και είναι πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Εμφανίζοντας την τοποθεσία για όσους θέλουν να είναι λίγο μακριά από τα σκατά (25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Πουέρτο Βιέτζο) και ένα βήμα από την παραλία (αποκαλύπτεται κυριολεκτικά στο κέντρο των βλάστησης και της θάλασσας) Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του κέντρου της πόλης και βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του κέντρου της πόλης. Εξαιρετική κουζίνα είναι πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη για να μπορεί να μαγειρέψει οποιαδήποτε στιγμή. Ένα ολοκληρωμένο εστιατόριο για όποιον θέλει. Η σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας είναι αδιάφορη. Η προσοχή και οι καλές δονήσεις στην Alejandra θα πρέπει να είναι ένα παράδειγμα για να ακολουθήσουμε ＜3"
