The Cottage at Cocoa Village is a very nice and quiet place to relax. The cottage is located in historic Cocoa Village where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping. There is also a unique selection of places for night time fun; all walking distance from the cottage. The beach is a 15 minute drive while the Indian River is walking distance with a public boat ramp for launching your boat or kayak. There is high-speed wifi internet and a desk in the common space of the apartment. The entrance to your unit is on the back of the house so there is a short, well-lit walk from the driveway to your main entrance. The outdoor space is shared with your hosts.
