A decent place to stay for business/ work. Rooms are clean. Sleep quality is good. Ample car parking space. Only down side is cigarette smell creeps into the rooms sometimes as there is a pub downstairs. Overall, you can consider to stay here.

Rooms okay proper and neat. In app check in time cannot be changed. If there may be at-least 3 option for check in time then comfortable for us to make our time.

This property is within walk able distance from the main Rly station and in a quite place.. Its well maintained, clean and hygienic. rooms are spacious and well furnished, quality of the food was delicious. All the staff were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately in my room, the toilet door broke down and so i was not able to close it. The flush was leaking and no mug was available. I will appreciate if the management provides uniforms to their staff to maintain its standard.and if the House keeping in charge can check the room etc once a guest check out and ractify any short comings.

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Annapoorna, thanks to the amazing staff and wonderful amenities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an exceptional selection of South Indian dishes, from crispy dosas to rich filter coffee and delightful poori bhajji. Dinner at Kove was equally impressive. We were spoiled for choice, with delicious pizzas, desserts and thoughtfully curated soups. The warmth and friendliness of the staff across all areas—from the front desk to housekeeping—made us feel welcome at every turn. We were fortunate to be there during Onam and experienced the Onam Sadya, which was a remarkable treat. Kove was beautifully decorated, with staff dressed in traditional Kerala sarees, adding to the festive atmosphere. It was our first Sadya, and the flavors of Kerala were simply unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-ventilated, contributing to a comfortable stay. Additionally, the well-connected Annapoorna restaurant consistently amazed us with its quality. Another advantage of this location is its easy connectivity to shopping areas and nearby temples, making it convenient for exploring the local culture. Both properties are truly blessed by their namesake, Annapoorna, and the level of service for the price is genuinely a gift. Highly recommended!

Hi ... Really had nice n wonderful experience in ibex resort... Staff was very friendly... N food was osm.. taste is delicious... Property was very clean n tidy.... We were a reunion group (class of 1981) of around 30 people, who had booked 14+ rooms from 19th January. Tucked away - off the Anaikatti - Mannarkad road, at the foothills of the extended range, AARA, part of the SR Jungle resorts group is certainly value for money. Nowhere near star ratings in any form, yet good enough for the charges paid. PRO's - Extremely cooperative staff (Special mention of Mr.Khan, Mr.Arun & Mr.Karthick - who were very responsive and tried their best to keep guests happy) - Lovely location at the foothills, with wildlife all around (deer roam the peripheries and bear, elephants etc are told to be around, though we did not see any) - Buggy's, to travel within the campus, transport baggage etc which was handy - Decent rooms & bathrooms, with basic amenities - Very comfortable conference hall with good audio, video gadgetry and a nice stage which also doubles up as a dance floor - Custom food arrangements within the conference hall for large groups - like ours - Helpful attendants under Karthick, who were always available - Bicycle available to cycle around - Bonfire, well stocked bar and a nice restaurant, which serves exceptional breakfast (but for the bread) - A cozy little cafe for some quick hot and cold drinks CON's - The food (other than breakfast) was a big let down. Not bad in terms of taste, but every non veg dish was full of bones - very unbecoming for any high end resort where boneless is the norm. This, in spite of telling them the previous day, did not happen for the rest of our stay, which was a huge let down. - The rooms (especially Anuvavi) was very poorly lit and the whole room had just one socket for charging (while the bathroom had 3 charging sockets - wonder who designed this?). The door was hard to close or open and often needed to be bulldozed with force - surely not for the lesser mortals - The swimming pool really needs better maintenance So, overall, a good place for a large group - especially if you have the conference hall to yourselves and for families for a weekend break. The resort has a lot of potential, and with a little more focus on quality and care - it can become a very good one.

Our stay at Coco Lagoon by Great Mount in Pollachi was an insredible tropical escape! Surrounded by swaying coconut trees, the resort is a true tropical paradise with a serene and lush environment that makes you feel instantly relaxed. They have a beautiful pond where guests can enjoy a peaceful boat ride, adding to the charm of the property. There are plenty of activities to keep you engaged, from pottery sessions and a nostalgic bullock cart ride to an evening barbecue with live entertainment and a mesmerizing magic show by a renowned artist. These unique experiences make the stay all the more enjoyable. We stayed in the Tropical Suite, which was wonderful, but the resort also offers other accommodation options like suites with pond-view and pool views and private villas with swimming pools, catering to various preferences. The food was delightful, and the breakfast buffet spread was decent with a good variety to kick-start the day. For those looking for a wonderful stay option while exploring nearby destinations like Valparai, Coco Lagoon is a perfect choice. It’s an ideal base for a rejuvenating getaway, surrounded by the beauty of nature and coconut groves. Highly recommended!
