"Understaffed, old, run down and over priced. It too 5 yup 5 hours to get our room. The reservation was messed up I was supposed to be on high floor with adjoining room. I was placed on 1st floor when I complained I was given 2 rooms on different floors then finaly 2 room on 5th floor. So many people there very upset at both check in and out. People waiting even longer than me for their rooms. Ordered food at pool and it took 2 hours for cold rubbery hot dog. Terrible. 360 grill was over priced and dirty. Terrible Terrible time. Also the bed was so hard we couldn't even sleep."
