Hotel Arena Suite

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile by a very friendly gentleman on the reception. He made our transaction flawless. We were given our instructions to our room. Once we had unpacked, we went for a drink. Everyone was so friendly we were made very welcome. We've been here 3 days and take no notice of the bad reviews re the food, the food is very nice and tasty. Which has a theme night every night. The water in the room is always hot, and the shower was like a power shower, which we loved. We have another 7 days to go and I'm so looking forward to it. Question would we come back? YES. Would I recommend it YES.

We returned for a second visit love this hotel Staff nice & friendly Ent team are great Clean rooms & pool area Buffet nice salad, meat, veg, pizza, chips, potatoes, omelette’s, smoked salmon Something for ev1 themed buffet American, Chinese, Italian Well looked after Cant wait to return next year Thanks for another wonderful experience

On the outskirts of Corralejo, Arena Suite is 15- 20 mins walk to the fantasic beach opposite the Natural Park and 15-20 mins walk to the centre of town. Lovely location for a quiet relaxing day and quiet night if wanting a good nights sleep. This is our 4th visit to Arena Suite. Its our favourite February get away. As before, everywhere is so clean. The staff are all fantastic. Cheerful and can't be anymore helpful. Room cleaned to high standard everyday. Food plentiful and tasty, different theme every night and resturant in general very clean. Again staff brilliant. The receptionists were all very cheerful and very helpful. We had a fabulous two weeks Big thank you again to you all at Arena Suite. Never been to a smallish hotel before so didn't know what to expect but we really enjoyed it. Our room faced the pool and the patio a suntrap all day. Rooms and even bathroom so big. WiFi excellent. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Food could have more choice but breakfast by far the best. Most watered down diluted fruit juices I've ever had which I couldn't drink and really craved as don't like fizzy drinks so stuck to water. Self service around pool and restaurant which is good. Went half term and didn't appear busy. Mainly uk people staying. Entertainment guy tried his best although loves the sound of his own voice lol. The outside singers and shows were great although entertainment room too small and not enough seats. About 20 mins lovely walk via beach or streets to town with lots of shops and bars etc. Great value and would return. Definitely ask straight away for pillows as they are paper thin! Also pool snacks are all cooked fresh

Friendly helpful staff, food warm and plentiful. Self service for soft drinks beer, wines, tea and coffee was great. Rens the entertainment man was good fun friendly and not too pushy. About a 20 min walk to the main ***** an less than 10 mins to El Campanario. Only small thing was that they could have done with more seats in the entertainment area but that's the only thing.

Hotel was very clean&, rooms & bed were huge & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & nothing was a problem. Food was great. Poolside was very clean & choice at pool bar was superb. We had a couple of small issues but the reception staff resolved these with no problems. The restaurant & bar need to be updated, but overall me & my wife had a great stay & will definitely go back. Last word on the staff-you do a great job which added to our stay.👍

Another fabulous stay at Arena Suite this was our 7th time at this hotel and its never a let down ,staff are lovely all very helpful and cheerful,Ren the entertainment guy is great so are all the bar staff,cannot fault Arena at all we wouldn't stay anywhere else,we call it our home from home,and always have a fab time there, the food is lovely plenty of choice,rooms nice and big, comfy beds and the cleaners do a brilliant job , a bit of a walk to town but we like the walk and the coastal walk is so lovely,Sand beach bar is my favourite bar just lovely sitting on the beach watching the world go by and the staff there are just great,Corrilijo is our favourite resort it has such a good atmosphere, music square is good for nightime entertainment if you want to go out on a night,all in all I would definately recommend Arena Suite for a good holiday ,thank you to everyone for making our stay really enjoyable again and we will definately returning .

WOW... The best place I have ever stayed would recommend to anyone. Great staff Very clean food amazing. catering for all with themed days but always something. Pool bar great help your self drinks . Close to town 30 min walk some great beaches Will come again. THANK YOU TO ALL

First of all, the Arena Suite offers extremely good value for money. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a large balcony/terrace, large and comfortable beds, decently sized flat-screen TVs and modern furnishings/bathrooms. The entirety of the hotel is immaculately clean - the domestic staff are a credit to the hotel. Indeed I haven't come across a member of staff who hasn't been warm, approachable and eager to assist in any way they can. Reception staff were particularly attentive and were more than happy to offer advice on what to see and do. Having browsed some of the more recent negative reviews, I'm confident the problem there was the guests' wildly unattainable expectations rather than any failure on the part of the hotel. I noted one such review which expressed displeasure that the hotel didn't have a sufficiently 'party' vibe. Perhaps those guests would have been more content in another location such as Magaluf or nearby Tenerife, as we had chosen Corralejo entirely as a result of it's quiet, tranquil feel. However, the town centre and music square are a mere €5 taxi ride away from the hotel if guests are looking for more of a party than can be provided at the hotel bar, which offers nightly and varied entertainment. The all-inclusive buffet was exactly what one would expect. More than sufficient variety is offered daily in terms of food, with a different international theme each night. We preferred some nights to others but this was entirely the result of our own subjective preferences and certainly not a fault of the hotel. All-inclusive beverages are available throughout the day and night. Beer, wines and soft drinks are self-service both at the restaurant and the pool bar throughout the day, before switching to the bar at night. Staff are always on hand to prepare cocktails etc. I was deeply perplexed by those complaining about having to pay a €1 REFUNDABLE deposit for plastic glasses to be used at the pool bar. I'm not sure some seem to have understood the concept. I even read one review suggesting that this was a ploy to rob guests of money and save staff from having to work hard. Bizarre. I think the concept is positive not only for the environment but it certainly deterred guests from leaving cups around the pool area as I have seen at other such establishments. The two adult pools are a decent size and a welcome reprieve from the heat. As is often the case, sunbeds are often claimed early in the morning but as a party of 7 who did not do so at all, we were consistently able to find 7 loungers together (there are always plenty spare and stacked up to be used). Corralejo town centre is around a 20-minute walk away, and the local shopping village, complete with a Sunday artesenal market and bursting with bars/restaurants and a supermarket, was approx. 5 mins away on foot. All in all, a fabulous location for a tranquil family holiday and deserving of its 4-star status. We would absolutely return.
