"Just returned from a week here. First visit and definitely going back. We were self catering and the apartment was perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped including a coffee filter machine. Facilities at the hotel were excellent too, well stocked small mini market including fresh baked bread and pastries. Pools and pool bar area was always clean and plenty of sunbeds."

"Location was perfect less than 200m from the main strip. Atmosphere was good a very chilled place. Me and my fiancee swapped rooms after the first night as we were facing a wall and road. Management were accommodating and we moved to a balcony room looking over the pool for a small upgrade fee. The room was fine apart from the fridge which could of been abit colder. There were one or two cosmetic issues but nothing to bad. The overall cost matched what we paid for the hotel. Cleanliness was spot the room was cleaned everyday no issues and surrounding areas were very clean. Noise levels were fine...no chavvy people here at all. Food was abit repetitive but ok. I'd return again when the few cosmetic issues were sorted."

"I stayed here for on the 18th of June 2026 for 7 nights and I’m already planning my visit back. The rooms were modern, stylish and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming from day one until the day we left and it didn’t matter who you spoke to they were all lovely. The food was beautiful with a range of different selections to choose from and was surprised with a lovely bottle of sparkling wine or Prosecco on my birthday (I can’t remember but it was lovely ☺️). It’s not far from outside shops and the beach is close by if you fancy gorgeous beach front views. The hotel has lovely pools and poolside entertainment and games during the day time and a night bar with live performances.I cannot thank the staff enough for how comfortable they made me feel whilst staying there I have recommended this place to my friends and family and really looking forward to visiting again. Muchas gracias a todo el personal de Playa Park Zensation por su hospitalidad y su amabilidad. Han hecho que nuestra estancia fuera muy especial. ¡Esperamos volver pronto! 😊😊"

"Το μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο με μια όμορφη περιοχή πισίνας και μπαρ πισίνας! Δεν μπορούσα να βλάψω το φαγητό, το μόνο που απογοήτευσε ήταν η διασκέδαση τη νύχτα, αλλά δεν είναι τίποτα σπουδαίο που βγήκαμε στα μπαρ στη λωρίδα και στη μουσική πλατεία. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ένα μεγάλο σημείο ακριβώς από τη λωρίδα με 10 λεπτά βόλτα στην μουσική πλατεία και πολλές παραλίες ...... Είμαστε ήδη κρατημένες για την Πρωτοχρονιά. Δεν μπορούμε να περιμένουμε όλοι οι υπάλληλοι είναι χρήσιμοι και φιλικοί, ειδικά η sabrina που είναι μια καλή λωρίδα .... i Θα συστήσει το μέρος αυτό ."

"Κάθε χρόνο βλέπουμε ειδήσεις που δείχνουν οι διακοπές να ουρλιάζουν πριν πηδήξουν για να ξαπλώσουν γύρω από μια γεμάτη πισίνα. Φωτογραφία κάθε διαμέρισμα που είναι δική του μίνι βίλα με δική του βεράντα και ηλιακές ντουλάπες. Φωτογραφία ενός όμορφου και ήσυχου τόπου με έναν φανταστικό ιδιοκτήτη που δεν μπορεί να κάνει αρκετά για να βοηθήσει. Αν η ιδέα ενός πολύπλοκου, ιδανικού για χαλάρωση, σας κάνει καλό, τότε αυτό είναι ένα μεγάλο μέρος."

"Αγαπήσαμε το ξενοδοχείο, όπως και η μεταχείριση του προσωπικού, πάντα πολύ προσεκτικά, ήταν μόνο μια νύχτα, αλλά θα επαναλάβουμε να το απολαύσουμε περισσότερο."

"We arrived here on the 29th of June ment to stay for a week but left next day we booked 2 apartment,s. The smell of dampness in both apartment the wall was all lumpy and painted over to cover dampness was terrible my toilet seat not fitting. My sister had to clean kitchen and floor was do dirty. Outside garden furniture covered with dirt and bird poo. Pool had dead fies and slime sun loungers old dirty two umbrellas one broken. Places that were ment to be 8mins walk was 25 min walk."
