Lovely old Tregarthen Cottage is situated down a 'no-through' lane in the peaceful hamlet of Portlooe, which is only one mile from the bustling and picturesque Cornish seaside town of Looe, with its many attractions, including a wide sandy beach, an abundance of independent shops, restaurants and cosy pubs.Your room is totally self-contained with its own own entrance door (lockable) so you can come and go as you wish without disturbance. The self-catering cottage constructed of local Cornish stone has two bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other with two single beds. The cottage is located within a rural setting with valley views across towards Bodmin , St Austell, The Moors. The cottage has a lounge/diner with patio doors leading to an extensive garden, a fully fitted kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle ,coffee percolater , iron ,ironing board) and a fully fitted walk in shower . The cottage also has storage facilities, TV (included within bedrooms and living room),Full fibre fast wifi included, extensive car parking and full central heating. Bedding and Linen are also provided. Millpool Long Stay car park (PL132AF) on Polperro road, it’s the largest car park in the town (964 spaces). The Millpool car park is an 8-minute walk from the property. This also has a 24h electrical charging station on site.Hannafore has free on-street parking and is a ten-minute walk from the property. Princes Square ( 50 yards from the property) also is the only Square in West Looe to have 16 free parking spaces on a first-come-first-served basis. West Looe Quay is super convenient if you need a spot next to the property, but don’t intend to stay for too long. They also offer free spaces through the winter months (October-March).
