The massage by a skilled & attentive guy was the capstone of my visit -- but the quiet, the food, the spacious room and location couldn't be better. Glad to have a car here though, as dolmus & taxi were inconvenient. Check-in lady was thoughtful and helpful too, with driving advice and giving me the most deliciously silent nights in months of travel. In peak season it may be bubbling with families here for the pool & water slide, but the location out of town is peaceful and a nice base to explore the area. Good dinner buffet makes it a fine stay I extended twice.

I stayed here the night before I was flying home from Dalaman as it’s very near to the airport. We had. been staying at the Hilton nearby, but as we had an early flight, it seemed silly to pay €600 just to sleep and get the flight. So I booked this thinking, it’ll be alright, it’s just to sleep! I had initially booked the overspill hotel studio 61, but as I was staying as a single female with just my children, they decided to put me in the main hotel. ( nothing wrong with studio 61. It’s just quieter in the main block) They didn’t have to do this and I appreciate they needed to have the availability. Our Apartment was amazing it’s actually better than the Hilton !!! The team were friendly and helpful. It’s clean , my it’s modern and I would highly recommend this hotel not just for an overnight stay before the flight. In future, I think I would book here for three days before my flight instead of the Hilton!! We usually stay in Marmaris for a week and then move nearer to the airport at the Hilton for the last few days. But as I said next year, I think I’ll save some money and stay at this beautiful Dolphin hotel. I literally cannot find one fault with it ! Five star from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Due to the flight the next morning, I chose a hotel near the airport. The hotel environment is good, especially the pool in the yard, and the boss is very enthusiastic. However, there is no business around, go out and turn right for 20 minutes, you can see a airport market, but the super pit people, three times more expensive than the price in the city, but there is a hotel next to the supermarket Western food is very good, the price is also very suitable and recommended. In addition, the owner of this hotel I stayed gave me an appointment for a taxi to the airport the next day. He said that it was 20 or 30 yuan, but it actually cost 75 yuan. I personally felt that the driver's meter was wrong, but I was personally feeling that I was not sure. If you accept this price, it will be fine.

Gorgeous apartment on the ground floor! Fully equipped with washer and dryer, fridge freezer, air con, sky TV, WiFi, huge double bedroom and large single sofa bed. All cooking equipment you'd need to make a simple meal. Small balcony enough space for 2 to sit out and watch the house chickens scurry about the garden. We only stayed overnight for a very early morning flight so didn't venture further than the fantastic little supermarket almost next door! Superb accommodation for what we needed . We chose the Hilton Dalaman for our family holiday during October half term, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. Location: The beautifully maintained hotel offers a touch of luxury, especially in the Lake House Villas where we stayed. The surroundings and atmosphere were perfect for a family getaway. Dining: The dining experience was fantastic with a plethora of food choices. Special mention to the attentive waiter in the Breeze Bar who shared a personal touch about his upcoming wedding in Morocco. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Throughout our stay, the hotel was spotless. The attention to cleanliness added to the overall appeal of the resort. Accessibility: The buggy service was a convenient way to navigate the expansive resort, making it easy to explore different areas, including getting to and from the villas. Entertainment and Activities: The evening shows were truly impressive, with big productions that captivated both adults and kids. The water slides were a highlight for our children, and the variety of food options and the on-site ”zoo” (more like a farm) added to the entertainment. Atmosphere: The friendly family vibe was great, although the presence of many British visitors might be a factor to consider depending on your preference. Upgrades and Room Experience: We upgraded to the Lake House Villas, a decision that significantly enhanced our experience. The garden room, while okay, felt a bit dated and small. Some maintenance issues, like failing taps in the main restaurant toilets, could use attention. Minor Improvements: While the majority of the pools were a bit cold, you eventually adapt. It's worth noting that there was no complimentary à la carte meal, which differs from other all-inclusive experiences in Turkey. Recommendation: Despite some minor points, Hilton Dalaman stands out as a 5-star resort. It's one of the best all-inclusives I've experienced, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious family retreat.

Great location, only 5 minute walk from centre of town. Hotel is clean and staff are really friendly. Not all rooms have the facilities mentioned on the website which was disappointing and in my personal opinion, it could do with a little bit of TLC by the Maintenance dept. Not major, just little things. Shelf in shower hanging off holes in floor etc. Im a very fussy eater but choice of breakfast was good. Its not a place to go if you're looking for english breakfast as it has traditional buffet choices on offer. It could do with more variety for mains, but thats just personal preference. Something to make a note of if you have mobility issues. The pool is not really accessible unless you have someone to help you in and out. The steps are very deceiving and deeper than expected. They do cater for a lot of cancelled flights so lots of coaches coming and going and late arrivals. Nil was very helpful and hospitable and makes a huge effort to welcome you to the hotel. If you're looking to stay in on an evening, there's a range of entertainment provided.

Having stayed here back in 2019, and been really impressed, we chose to come back during our first post-COVID foreign holiday. Initial impressions at reception, with the lack of welcome and very cursory tour of the hotel's facilities en route to our room, were not good. While the room had been made up, the decor looked tired, and air conditioning had not been set to a comfortable level. We stayed for 6 nights and by the end were not disappointed to leave. Too many staff throughout the hotel, with a few exceptions, lacked customer skills and did not greet guests when passing, rather avoiding interaction. Most of the staff serving at breakfast time appeared undertrained, and purely reactive, having to be approached and asked for water glasses to be filled, and coffee brought to the table. Rather than anticipating gust needs they tended to cluster together, chatting, seeing their role as collecting plates. The breakfast buffet offering was underwhelming and more worthy of a less expensive hotel. The only positive was the cooking of omelettes to order. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel. We did not have to wait long for buggy rides to and from the beach. For a private beach we were disappointed that while boats were allowed to moor close offshore, and there seemed to be no attempt to regulate the speed of vessels, nor the distance they kept from the swimming area. The incessant passing of yachts and other vessels, resulting noise and waves, detracted from the swimming experience. We were surprised that while on the beach we were never approached by staff to ask if we wanted anything. To get water we had to walk to the kiosk and pay an inflated price, whereas I would have expected that water would be supplied free by a hotel of this type.On one occasion a dog was able to encroach upon what is supposed to be a dog-free beach without any visible action by staff. While the beach is a private one it is possible for day-trippers to pay for entry, undermining claims of exclusivity. Our biggest disappointment was with the housekeeping off our room. We found the mattress uncomfortable and, after the first night, approached reception to ask whether a mattress topper could be fitted. The initial reaction to our request was less than positive and we had to have a number of visits before it was agreed something would be done. We found communicating with reception staff re this difficult as their understanding of English was less than we would have expected for their role. A duvet was put on top of the mattress and this proved adequate although another request for a top sheet to be fitted required numerous interactions with reception before it was fitted and when bedding was changed was removed. We also had to contact reception after housekeeping failed to replenish complimentary bottles of water. We used the hotel pool but later in the afternoon found we were the victims of biting insects, and saw no attempts at insect control in the water
