Nice service and very convenient location.
One thing to wonder, why the hotel has an ashtray in Non-smoking room🤨.

Filthy! Poor Service! Do not book this hotel!
We booked a twin, non-smoking room. However, upon check-in we were assigned a smoking room despite our objection. The hotel explained they were unable to control guests smoking in rooms (both smoking and non-smoking). The room hygiene was disgusting! This is our experience.
- The shower floor was mouldy.
- Room items had not been wiped nor dusted.
- Table tops were sticky and poorly sanitised.
- Cup marks and wipe stains were still on tables.
- The floor hadn’t been clean.
- The pillows and blankets stank of cigarettes smoke.
- Both of the twin beds were wet.
- Staff were inattentive and played with mobile phones.
Mercure hotel, you should be ashamed of yourself! Management at this hotel should be fired. Reception and housekeeping need to be trained.
FILTHY AND DISGUSTING!
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!

Was just there for we and enjoy sea fruits and port Arthur. Hôtel as expected , warm welcome in English, breakfast perfect and very large room .
