The location is also great, very convenient for getting around. Plus, the hygiene was excellent. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town!"

"The views are absolutely stunning ☺️, easily comparable to other hotels with ocean views. The room is also very spacious, more than enough for three people in a double room. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the subway station is just a four or five-minute walk away. In the evenings, on the way back to the hotel, you can also pop over to the nearby Venice Water Town for a stroll."

"The location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's a 20-minute drive to the airport during off-peak hours, you can take the subway to Zhongshan Road, or bus 201 to Changjiang Road, all within a 10-minute walk. The Qiyi Market is nearby, perfect for grabbing breakfast, cherries, or local Dalian specialties. The room facilities are standard. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were good-looking and provided excellent service, even helping me with a late checkout until 4 PM due to my late flight. The library corner and restaurant on the 20th floor are great for remote work. Definitely a top choice for value for money."

"They upgraded our room upon arrival, giving us a fantastic room with a huge bathroom and a window. Weekend breakfast is until 11 AM, and on weekdays it's until 10 AM. We got the times mixed up and arrived after breakfast had finished. They were already cleaning up, but when they saw us, they enthusiastically brought out the food again, even though it delayed them from getting off work – I felt a bit bad about that. They even brought fruit to our room when they noticed we hadn't gone out. The staff are quite attentive."

"This hotel is really great. It's close to the sea, the service is excellent, and there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. It's super convenient for getting around with a metro station nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian. I'm very satisfied!"

"As a chain international hotel apartment, this place is top-notch in China, from its hardware and facilities to its software amenities and service. First, the location is unbeatable, right above Capitaland Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Second, the room setup is excellent, with a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, and a full set of tableware, all from well-known brands. There are even robots delivering items throughout the building. I must also commend the cleaning staff; they are observant and proactively restock supplies. Of course, there are minor drawbacks, like the room being a bit small, and the deluxe studio not having a larger dining table, only one chair, etc., but these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience. I'm giving it a perfect score not because it's absolutely flawless, but because it delivers everything a hotel apartment can offer. I wish every city had a Fraser Place."

Service: The steps at the entrance were quite high, and the staff, seeing us with luggage, immediately came over to help carry it up. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, with every corner spotless. Special mention goes to the older staff members at the front desk; they are steady, thorough, and their service is attentive and sincere. Room: The room was spacious and open, with plenty of power outlets, making it super convenient to charge phones and power banks at any time. Cleanliness: Excellent and thorough. I had read reviews mentioning only paper cups and was a bit hesitant, but upon arrival, I saw that in addition to regular reusable cups, they also provided paper cups! Facilities: Not brand new, but very comfortable. The only minor issue was some water accumulation in the bathroom after a long shower, but it was manageable. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian! Outside the hotel, there are countless snack stalls, breakfast spots, and supermarkets, and the old-fashioned tram makes getting around incredibly convenient."

"The hotel room was very large and spacious, I booked a king-size bed room and the 2-meter bed was very comfortable. The hotel provides complimentary milk, drinks, and biscuits daily. On the first day, we received welcome fruits, and upon check-out, we were even given a farewell gift. Breakfast is on the 11th floor, it's quite large with plenty of seating. The hotel is very close to the train station, and public transportation like buses and subways are conveniently located nearby. Downstairs there's a snack street, and across the street is Dalian Shopping Mall, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping."
