"Such a lovely hotel modern inside but with a feel of old style Spain to it. Had a beautiful room with a terrace and sun beds lovely to have our own private space. Great to cool off with a dip in the pool. Nothing was too much trouble and any requests dealt with by the excellent and super friendly staff. They were experiencing a heatwave and loaned us a parasol for the beach which was hugely appreciated. Vincent and Jacob were amazing and had some great chats with them. Walder and the waiting staff were so pleasant and helpful. Would recommend staying here and will be seriously considering a return visit in the future."

"Had a very pleasant stay here for 4 nights. Reception staff are very welcoming, the hotel is very clean and well located, Parking arrangements are well managed and the Breakfast is excellent. The lady who manages the breakfast is very welcoming and the food is fresh and varied. We had one of the top floor suites which had a fabulous balcony. My only reason for 4 stars is the cost was almost 1000 Euros for 4 night in low season early May, and givens the lack of amenities such as a pool ( it’s an old building in the centre of town with no space for a pool) the price tag is steep! Enjoyed our stay though"

"We arrived to this lovely hotel and got a great first impression. Lovely garden area and a friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke great English. Once I opened the door to our room, I immediately got an unpleasant sewage smell. I aired the room and hoped it would go away. The room was basic and lacked any character and the bathroom was even more basic. The smell didn’t go away so I asked if we could be moved. Unfortunately the hotel was full so no luck there. I was advised later that the cleaning lady checked it and the smell was gone. Needless to say it wasn’t. We went out that evening and when we returned the gates were locked. Reception was closed so we couldn’t get into the hotel grounds. We climbed over the gate!! Again reception was closed the following morning so I couldn’t even make a complaint. All very disappointing"

"In total, we stayed three nights in the hotel, two in December 2023 and one in February 2024. Both times, we enjoyed our stay. Both rooms offered sea and pool view, enough space and comfortable beds. Everything is clean and in mint condition. Elevator and free parking directly at the hotel are additional assets plus the really beautiful pool and garden area although it was too cold to use the pool. We can also recommend the restaurant, breakfast and dinner were very good. For us, the location outside of the city center was nice but you definitely need a car to go anywhere. Except of one receptionist who didn't even try to be helpful, all staff member were very nice and friendly. This is particularily true for Rebecca, an extremely kind person who did her very best to make us feel at home. In our opinion, one of the hotel's only real weak points is the fact that they don't have rooms with walk-in shower accessible for people with reduced mobility. The hotel is not cheap but you get value for money."

Ρωτήστε την Trip.com και εξηγήστε αν η πρώτη φορά είναι να προσπαθήσετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε την κλήση και η δεύτερη είναι να κλειδώσετε την κλήση.
