"Hotel hardware decoration location is very good hotel with fitness room and swimming pool although there is no time to enjoy, but after the visit, I feel good. There are many types of breakfast. The restaurant seat is wide. The staff is very polite and patient. It was a pleasant experience. The only regret is their hotel. Air conditioning arrangement because the hotel said that the central air conditioning temperature. The weather on the day of our stay was not too hot. They would adjust the temperature according to the body temperature. The room could not adjust the temperature independently. So the room would only blow the air on the same day without air conditioning. The air conditioner in the room showed the indoor temperature of 28 degrees but the room. The outside temperature is only 21 degrees. The hotel cannot explain why the indoor room temperature is still higher than the outdoor. They have argued with them for a long time. They said that the screen in the room may be inaccurate. Although they actively provide fans to cool down, it is recommended that we open the window and the air circulation will be cooler, but never tried I have stayed in the hotel and there is no air-conditioning. My friends and I really deducted points for this stay experience (I woke up several times at night 😢). If the guests don’t mind the problem of air-conditioning in the room, this hotel can definitely give a very high score. Postscript Thank you trip.com Customer service for your help. Although the hotel's problem was not solved, we felt that the customer service did everything possible to help us understand the reason with the hotel and even call to follow up to provide refund service. "This time I stayed at the Walton Hotel in Dingnan County, and the whole experience was full. The hotel is garden-style, the environment is quiet and elegant, and it is very comfortable as soon as you come in. The rooms are spacious and bright, the facilities are new and easy to use, the hygiene is particularly in place, clean and tidy, and it gives people a refreshing feeling as soon as they enter the door. The hot water in the bath is sufficient, the temperature is high enough, and the washing is super comfortable. The front desk lady sister service is particularly warm and intimate, and also helped us upgrade from the first floor to the second floor room for free, the goodwill is directly full! The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is great, and the food is very satisfying. The overall price is super high, the service, environment, health, and meals are impeccable, I really recommend it to everyone, and it is properly five-star praise!"

"The bathroom light was on every few minutes after 2 a.m. (the key is that there is a large glass partition between the bathroom and the bed). I woke up in the middle of the night and communicated with the front desk. The front desk refused to provide us with another room for free and asked us to pay for another room. After more than half an hour of communication, it was ineffective (during which time they said they would ask an electrician to come and fix it. How could we sleep if they came to fix it in the middle of the night!) In order not to disturb my family in the middle of the night, I had to pay for the room separately, but said that I would go to bed in the middle of the night and not tell them. I would complain in the morning. The front desk replied that this was the only way. Alas! I was afraid of traffic jams in the early morning, so I got up early and drove a long distance. My wife was so angry that she could only wear pajamas to communicate with them in the hotel lobby. She said that if they did not provide another room, she could only sleep in the lobby with her quilt. Only then would they provide us with another room for free! With such service and facilities, I would be sorry to all tourists if I didn't give a bad review!"
