"The service was very friendly and the place was clean. There were plenty of food options downstairs, making it very convenient. We were just stopping by the highway to rest and found this hotel, but it exceeded our expectations. The front desk lady saw we were traveling with a child and proactively upgraded us to a suite with two beds. We were too tired to go out that night and ordered takeout. The room was spacious and I was very satisfied. I forgot to bring my laundry when I left, and they proactively sent it back for us. Thank you 🌹"

"I was very satisfied. From the front desk receptionist to the linen lady to the security guard, everyone greeted me with a smile and was friendly and family-like. The room was well-equipped and the location was excellent. I stayed at Vienna both times and was very satisfied. The free parking in the backyard and the charging station were very convenient and easy to use. I chose a suite for my return trip.
