The location is excellent, close to all tourist attractions, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with the latest amenities. I had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price. As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. The hotel instalations are in fair condition, but some little problems have got to be resolved. The shower, keeps changing the temperature of the water, goes from cold to extremely hot constantly, so you have to get in and out of the shower so you don't get almost burn or frozen. They do provide a safe on the room, but you cannot set your own combination, they have one fixed combination for each room, and it won't change regarding whos in the room. That means if the room is occupied for one person today, the combination will be the same for everyone occupying that room. It's fixed and very easy to be spread for the whole hotel staff. The person attending us at checkout, I wouldn't say rude, but not very pleasant to deal with. The mattress was very soft, it caused us some back pain. The breakfat is very oriented to a specific ethnicity. You have not other options if you does not belong to that ethnicity. But, anyway, besides all still a very good option for a quick and affordable stay.

Location is excellent. Amenities are satisfactory. Hotel is clean. Restaurant staff are friendly. Room service staff are polite and do their job perfectly. Staff at reception desk and uncooperative. I just want to mention one incident. Three hours before check out I told them that I will be checking out on time , but I may need half and hour or one hour at most to pack my things. The lady said I have no problem. Nonetheless, they send someone who knocked at my door to remind me of the check out. I’m travelling for more than fifty years, and I had never encountered such a situation. Imagine I stayed in this hotel for a total of more than 50 days during the last two years . Pathetic

No breakfast. Good environment. I only live in this house in Doha. I like this hotel. There is a swimming pool on the ceiling. The price is also seasonal. Easy to travel. Will stay again.

The staff were kind and respectful and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable except they need to do all little bit more of cleaning work, there’s some stains on the sofa and hairs on the carpet, small details that could make the room look a little uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was fine, l would like to personally thank Maneesha for her service and friendly demeanor while she was helping me out with a shared power bank, also the security guards were nice and friendly to me the whole time I stayed at the hotel.

We stay this hotel for second day transit, nearer no so much restaurant. Need take grab to nearer restaurants.
