We stayed here for one night while seeing a gig at the dome. It’s a perfect place to get a shower and a good night sleep. The hotel was quiet. A quick journey in a taxi from the train station. Couple of cobwebs in the room that looked like they had been there a while but other than that is was clean and tidy

Me and my daughter have stayed here 8 times over 3 weeks, the rooms were lovely and clean. The staff were all lovely. Walking distance to Doncaster dome and the lake. Tea bags and coffee next to the door to help yourself too, we also had a meal at the pub next door which was lovely.

I stayed with my son to go to a local event so we were really only looking for somewhere to sleep for a couple of nights. The hotel was clean, smelled great and well maintained. The staff were really friendly. The only complaint I had was it was very warm with only a fan and open windows to help. Sadly we were at the back of the hotel and with the windows open, it was incredibly noisy due to the road and housekeeping. This was a small issue though, we weren't too bothered by it.

The review reflects what we paid for the hotel (£47). Willing to let things slide when paying a certain price point. Hotel is by no way perfect, but for the money it did the job. No cooling facility, only heating. Window did open but wouldn’t lock as it was broke / out of alignment. Visible wear and tear in the room.

We were met with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the bed as you'd expect from these hotels, very comfortable. Excellent service from the staff and Stephanie went the extra mile by drawing us a map to get to the racecourse on foot.

I particularly want to commend the receptionist Steph. She was able to help with a WiFi issue initially and her response when I reported a couple of individuals trying to break into a vehicle in the car park, was on the money. She did not hesitate in calling the police, was very helpful to them despite being busy with her other duties and was supportive to the people affected by the attempted theft. Well done Steph!

The staff are lovely at this Premier Inn, very friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning in this hotel but a large fan is provided. However we found that the room was still stuffy. We started with the window open but had to close it during the night due to the 'boy racers ' revving their engines in the car park. Not sure we will bother returning.

Awful experience, I would highly recommend the newer premier inn as this was very poor. It’s a very old building and it’s worse than a motel.
