以前在別的城市住過這家連鎖酒店，體驗還不錯，所以看到松山湖也有這家酒店時就訂了。酒店房間整潔舒適。刷卡上樓，比較安全。馬路對麪就是食街，不過中午大部分是不開的，主要作晚飯和夜宵，好在有**，酒店有機器人服務，直接送到房間。酒店離松山湖比較近，聽說騎行松山湖衹有波浪山莊的入口處有電動車租，所以這個位置去那行程很短。前台的服務冰火兩重天，前一天辦理入住的藍衣服女生非常熱情，有問必答。第二天早上因為房間要延長入住到前台續時，遇到一個白衣服短髮女生。我到前台時她剛好準備離開前台，我跟她說您好，她聽見了也看到我，但是眼睛就像衹看到空氣一樣，直接無視，走了。我在前台站了一會因為前台無人，我便拐到進電梯的通道想看下工作房有沒工作人員。結果我看到了這個女生還在那等電梯，她扭過頭看到了我，這次她終於先開口跟我說讓我等一下。再一次證明剛才在前台她是聽見了我的問好直接無視。然後我就在通道處等，她弄完她的事情后直接從我身邊走了過去拐進前台。對，直接挨着我走了過去，正常的前台應該主動問客人有什麼幫忙的吧，畢竟客人在等她。但她就是直接一聲不吭。等我自己發現前台有人自己走過去找她。辦理全程麪無表情，就像人家欠她錢一樣。拜託，我知道很多酒店都有免費延時退房，我願意交費延時還好像我欠她什麼。總之這種臭臉的人就不應該放在前台，讓客人體驗極差。

Unexpectedly, I immediately arranged an upgrade to the fifth floor for me, and the environment was also very good. A 1.8 large bed and a 1.2 small bed are enough for a family of four or five to sleep. On the day of check-in, we also went to the Central Park and Dream Baihuazhou across the road to play. Baihuazhou requires 60 tickets. When asked what is fun around the hotel front desk, we told me that they can have discount tickets and cost 45 yuan, which is not too small. It's fun, I feel that the fare is not worth it. At this time, I had to advance Taiwan No. 033, the service attitude was very good, the smile was very kind, and I took the initiative to give my child small toys. The hotel’s breakfast is also okay, although the variety is relatively small, the taste is okay, the ingredients are relatively fresh, and the food is full. Afternoon tea was delivered in the afternoon, there were cakes, dragon fruit, orange juice, and mung bean paste for supper in the evening. The first time I went to the hotel, there was such a free and thoughtful service, and the washing machine was able to wash clothes for free, and the hotel toilets also put laundry detergent. And hand sanitizer, and there is a free 8km shuttle service. If you want to go to nearby places, just say half an hour in advance. Overall, the experience is very good, very satisfied with the hotel

Most of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge. I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited. The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

I happened to be staying in Dalang for one night on a business trip. I heard from a friend that there is an apartment near the work place. The hotel is quite good, and this is it. The room is very spacious, and the overall hygienic environment is very satisfactory and comfortable. It feels like home.

This was my third time staying at this hotel in five days. The hotel room was really spacious and comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel also prepared a fruit plate. Everything in Woxin Hotel is very good and makes people feel at home. The 180-degree scenery outside the window is very beautiful. It is difficult to find another such a good hotel.
