"Due to the hurricane coming through, our tournament got canceled. I tried to cancel my eoom, but they refused to cancel even knowing we werent coming. I would have taken a credit for future use but that wasnt even offered. Instead of canceling, i get an email saying they are keeping my reservation. Mind you, check in is at 4pm (i think) and this email was senr at midnight. First time we stayed here, no complaints. Besides they not cleaning our room."

"Τα πάντα ήταν καλά, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ευρύχωρο... και τα δύο χαμένα σημεία ήταν το προσωπικό του μπροστινού γραφείου που δεν ήξερε ότι η πισίνα ήταν υπό συντήρηση. (Δεν φαίνεται να είναι επαγγελματικό) Επίσης, η πίσω πόρτα (πρόσβαση στο λόμπι και το ασανσέρ στο δωμάτιο) δεν ήταν κλειδωμένη ούτε ένας φρουρός ασφαλείας, όλοι μπορούν να μπουν στο πάτωμα του δωματίου, μπορεί να προκαλέσει κάποια ανησυχία για την ασφάλεια.  Αλλά μόνο για έναν αερομεταφορέα, είναι μια μεγάλη επιλογή."

"The staff was very friendly, the shuttle was super and at breakfast was all that you needed. The rooms were very old and had not much for me Similar to the images, the connection door to the neighbouring room was only closed with extreme force, the shower could only be used with much force and the window could not open at all."
