Great service, very clean, and very professional. Front desk associate was very friendly, professional, and understanding. We will stay here again and look forward to it.

The front desk lady was horrible. We didn’t even stay. I have never had anyone so rude and unprofessional.

It is located right on the freeway and the noise is not a problem, but keep in mind that there is only 1 direction (south/west) off the freeway to leave. You have to go west and then turn around if you wish to get on the freeway going north/east. Not terrible, but just to keep in mind.

It was horrible they a dance team there with no supervision what so ever. Running around all night and early morning. Didn’t get any sleep at all. Had my two year old and she was scared of the noise they were making all night. Never again will I stay there

Hotel is nice but had a few concerns that made my stay a little uncomfortable. I ended up leaving a day early because of it.
Pros: Nice hotel and staff was nice. Breakfast was not bad. Price was not bad.
Cons: Room wasn't very cozy. AC didn't blow cold air. The AC had a meadow smell that made all of us cough. The beds was a bit hard and the pillow were too small and soft. Couldn't sleep well so it was best to call it a trip and go home. It could just be the room they put me in. I did let the front clerk know and they said that is what they have to offer. If they would of offered another room that was better I may have stay the other night I paid. No refund for the night I didn't stay.

Arrived at 12am to a locked door that my kid and I stayed outside for a hour before being let in . Only to be informed rudely that the computer system been down for hours

This LaQuinta is Perfectly located for travelers coming and going from West Texas (I20) or heading to and from San Antonio via (I35)…There’s a QT gas station to get you back on the road… Breakfast and seating area in this LaQuinta is Awesome!!! Thank You for a Great Stay.
