"This is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night. "

"Beautiful hotel, nice location and safe. Overall we had a good stay, but the toilet was super noisy when flushing… like extremely noisy and in the morning the corridors are quite noisy too, other than that there’s not many other options in the area."
