"Not the standard five star that you get. Staff requires training. Morning buffet had a lot of variety but not kept warm. The room tea coffee didn’t have creamer or milk, the outdoor pool they are advertising is actually a pool of another hotel they are piggy banking on. They have a nice indoor pool though. the lawn can be maintained far better than what it is. Now the good things the hotel is very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. Even though a lot of people criticise the breakfast, it is actually not bad at all. Location is not the best. There is a half a kilometre walk to the beach and you can’t get a taxi easy. Make sure to pre-book your taxis. Can register as a four-star rather than a five star ."

I'll start by saying that we swore to never return to Albania, then we found this hotel a few km from Durazzo, with a bus stop 30 steps away, costing 40 lek, for 40 cents they didn't even let us see the door of the bus, however we highly recommend it to everyone, especially because there is that beautiful family atmosphere that makes you feel mentally calm for the entire holiday period.
