Mr. Soof - by TLV2Go

This appar**ent hotel is not down by the beach, and that'd why we love it. 2nd stay there in 2 years. Very nice rooms, new and design, cleaned spotlessly, we took a small studio with separate bedroom and a cute balcony overlooking the Jordania mountains. The staff on site is super helpful, there is a garage free of charge, the kitchen has a nespresso machine and all what you need to prepare lunch or breakfast there. My only con was that despite we booked clearly for 3 people, they did not set up the bed for our son, a folding sofa in the living room, nothing was done, we called after we checked in, their comment was "we let people set it up on their own, because many guests want to keep the sofar closed ", 1st this was not an option offered to us, they did not ask us, and in any case the sheets and beddings for the sofa were totally missing. Lucky we were than 1 of the house cleaning staffer was still on site, she brought everything and set the 2nd bed. So management, when you fail, accept your mistake, 2nd, you can as in many hotel, get the sofa set, and folded back,but it is abnormal to let paying customers do what they pay you for. Seeing this gap, we might go to a regular hotel for the same money, we could have but chosen the location and the ease to get there and out. Another issue, albeit they send you the codes by email at the time of check in literally, they did not send the code for the garage to building door. Service could be improved so easily, hope they ll do it

Very nice and clean , a bit small for an apar**ent but larger than most hotel rooms. Automated check in and out , excellent . There is no shade in the terrace so it is not usable.... The sun in Eilat during the summer is burning hot . Maybe during October to January and march to April it will be relevant. We loved it , and will come again and happy to recommend it .

First, we had issues connecting with each other for the pre paperwork things so when we arrived late at night they worked very hard with us to get it all taken care of! I was grateful for them working on it at 10 pm. The place is great! We loved it! The view is wonderful! Everything was clean! Would recommend the place. The surrounding area is not the best though. It’s all under construction so if you want to relax or have a quiet location this is not that yet. There were probably 4 sites of construction very close to it and a halfway demolished house below it. But it’s going to be a nice area when all that’s done! There’s also two food places within walking distances that were very good! We would go back here again!

Great small apar**ent with Hugh balcony excellent for couple for family of 4 the sofa bed is less comfortable

The Appartement was good but the check in was terrible. Check in time was at 15:00 but I have got the code to the Appartement after 16:00 via mail. The mail ended up in the spam folder. So I did not get any notification. And did not check the spam folder. We arrived at 22:00 at the Appartement and could not contact anyone. No one was answering via whatsapp so I had to call tlv2go which costed me 40 € because of the fee to call someone in Israel with a German number. I was minimum 10 minutes in the queue and had to call twice. Why did not you tell me the first time that I have to check my mails. No one told me that I will get any mail from you for the code. Why I have not got a WhatsApp from you like you did before. Why do you send that mail that late and not at least one day before the check-in? Just a terrible and unacceptable service.

We booked Mr Soof a couple of months ago and I was amazed of the process and the place. Located in the city, the place is outstanding! Rooms we booked are studio style rooms and I was a bit skeptic when I saw the pictures on the website I thought it was too good to be true. The process was amazing, prior to arrival I received a call making sure we are aware of everything and offering info if needed. The day of arrival we were sent an email with a pdf including all information necessary for our arrival. The rooms were very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures and actually feel roomier than it shows in the pictures. The studio has everything necessary, a fridge, microwave espresso machine, iron, hairdryer and more. Utensils plates and glasses are spotless and clean. There are espresso pods, tea and instant coffee. The closer is large and roomy and includes a small safe. Linens and towels are clean and smell fresh and clean. A small balcony has a small table and 2 chairs. There is a couch, a Coffee table and a TV . The bathroom is spotless, roomy and has everything necessary. The cost is more than reasonable for what you get especially considering the fact that we stayed there during the high season. Below the building the is a bakery/convenience store and a restaurant and there are more restaurants nearby. I visit Eilat frequently and this was one of the best surprises in terms of accommodations. Kudos to the cleaning and maintenance staff for keeping this place in such a good condition. And the booking staff for making sure everything is taken care of and easy to follow. I will definitely return!

Would definitely recommend this hotel! Good location, extremely clean. I was staying for the first time in the fully self service (meaning - no staff on site) hotel, but the experience was very good. All the questions I had have been answered via chat immediately. Thanks and good luck!
