"I was rushing to catch my train at 4 a.m. and in my haste to leave, I forgot to take my keys out of the locker. When I arrived at the train station, I realized my keys were missing and panicked. On a whim, I contacted the Yunduo Hotel. Without hesitation, the receptionist, Xu Kexin, braved the rain to search for them for me. The rain was freezing cold, but she never complained and patiently and meticulously helped me find my keys, allowing me to catch my train safely.
