"We stayed for 6 nights here in a sea view room, which was very comfortable and kept scrupulously clean. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and we had a most enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good with ample choice - the warm croissants were delicious! The pool area was peaceful and ideal to relax in the shade under an umbrella. The hotel is a short walk into Savalletri where there is a choice of eateries. On our last night we dined in the hotel’s restaurant and the food was very good indeed, we wished we had eaten there before! A special mention and thanks to Christian in the restaurant who was unfailingly friendly and attentive - both at breakfast and in the evening as he was working split shifts. The comparatively plain appearance of the hotel belies its comfort and atmosphere. Recommended as a base for seeing Puglia, but you will need a car. The hotel has free parking on site."

Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καινούργιο. Το δικό τους εστιατόριο και καφέ δεν είχαν ανοίξει ακόμα. Αλλά υπάρχει ένα πολύ καλό καφέ στην γωνία 20 μέτρων από το ξενοδοχείο, έτσι δεν επηρεάζει καθόλου την ποιότητα του διαμερίσματος. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει δικό του χώρο στάθμευσης, έχει χώρους στάθμευσης γύρω από το κεντρικό δρόμο και είναι πολύ φτηνό. Μόλις φτάσαμε στην εποχή της συγκομιδής των ελαιολάδων, το ξενοδοχείο μας έφτιαχνε το σπιτάκι του για να επισκεφτούν και να συλλέξουν τα δικά τους, και να κάνουν πικνίκ στους ελαιολάδες τους, και μετά να συλλέγουν τα ελαιόλαδα τους για να συλλέγουν τα ελαιόλαδα. The guest relations team arranged two guided tours us, and arranged a hire car for three days so we could drive ourselves to some of the beautiful 'white towns' in the Valle d'Itria. Nothing was too much trouble. For a special holiday you will not be disappointed - book it!"

"I recently stayed at Hotel Almirador for 4 nights. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the hotel’s website and promotional photos. The biggest issue was the apparent mismatch between the advertised images and the reality of the hotel. The website presents a vibrant, modern property with attractive facilities, but the actual hotel felt bland, dated, and under-equipped. The pool area and public spaces looked very different from the marketing materials and lacked the atmosphere shown online. Service was also far below expectations. There appeared to be no chef on site and food and drink options were very limited. During the day, there often seemed to be only one member of staff covering service, and there was no visible customer-facing reception or service team available when assistance was needed. One example is when my husband asked for a cold beer there was none in the fridge and we had to walk around the grounds to find someone to ask. Another example is we needed a snack before leaving to go to a wedding, and all they could offer was a bland cheese and ham toastie. The furnishings throughout the public areas were basic and inexpensive, with plastic chairs and low-quality furniture that felt inconsistent with the image the hotel promotes. The lobby, dining areas, and pool surroundings all felt under-resourced and lacked the standard you would expect at this price point. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of interest in guest feedback. Despite having ongoing communication with the hotel via WhatsApp during our stay, when we checked out the bill was simply handed to us without anyone asking about our experience or whether there had been any issues. The one positive aspect was that our room was clean and generally well maintained. However, this was not enough to compensate for the shortcomings elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, I felt that Hotel Almirador offered very poor value for money, it is overpriced, especially when compared with nearby hotels that appeared to provide significantly better facilities, service, and atmosphere at a similar price point. I would not return and would encourage prospective guests to look carefully beyond the promotional photos before booking. If anyone from the management would like to discuss you have my number."

My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights, and although my plans were originally different, the beauty and atmosphere of this masseria turned her into my fiancée. If I had to describe the best thing about this place in one sentence, it would be the incredible attention to detail. Absolutely everything is meticulously cared for: the gardens, decorations, lighting, common areas, and of course the rooms themselves. The staff is among the friendliest I have ever met in my life. The surroundings are simply breathtaking and represent the true spirit of rural Puglia: peaceful, authentic, and filled with beautiful olive tree landscapes. The breakfast is world-class, with incredibly fresh local ingredients and outstanding pastries. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the bathrooms are exceptionally comfortable. The lighting throughout the masseria creates an absolutely magical atmosphere during the afternoons and evenings. Although this is mainly a venue for wedding celebrations, make no mistake: it is also a perfect destination for any couple wanting to create unforgettable memories together. Thank you to the entire Masseria staff, especially Giuseppe, who showed us around the property, explained every detail, and helped create the perfect setting for one of the best decisions of my life: asking my girlfriend to become my wife forever. Το δωμάτιο είναι απολύτως τέλειο, καθαρό και καθημερινά εξυπηρετημένο από τις «κοριτσιές του δωματίου». Το ξενοδοχείο είναι άψογο, και κάθε μέρα στο δείπνο δεν υπάρχει παροχή δημοφιλής, διεθνούς ιταλικής κουζίνας, είναι όλες οι τοπικές μορφές πατάτας, περιφερειακές συνταγές και τοπικά προϊόντα. " τραπεζαρία είχε ειδικές ρυθμίσεις για το πάρτι μας. Κάθε μέρα, στο πρωινό σας, το μενού σας βγαίνει από το τραπέζι και κάνετε τις επιλογές σας από δύο επιλογές για το βράδυ. Υπάρχουν 4 γύροι.
