"Very dirty rooms, the toilet in the bathroom was completely covered in vomit. The food in the restaurant was not enjoyable. Breakfast for 10 euros per person was not ready on time and there were frozen rolls every day. The boss does not respond to criticism and just takes the money. Absolutely not recommended."

"Apartment was great. Spacious and comfortable. Instructions were easy - although I received them in German. There’s a Lidl and a bakery 5 minutes away, making it easier. Staff is great, responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay - too short. Next time will stay longer. Please add a lock in the bathroom for better privacy - to prevent accidental walk-ins. Recommend you label the parking spots and make sure the parking spot in front of A2 is reserved for the guests in A2. Little cars parking there prevented my large SUV from having an adequate parking spot on a tight, incline and slippery (black ice in winter) entry road with really small parking spots."

"We had an incredible stay at Burghotel Feldberg! From the moment we arrived, the staff was outstanding – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. This hotel is perfect for families, as it’s extremely kid-friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was simply amazing – every meal felt like a treat! The rooms were spotless and had a modern design, offering all the comfort we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, close to nature with stunning views, making it a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing family-run hotel and restaurant! We have visited the restaurant 4x in our week's stay in the area and we have a wonderful memory of the lovely and friendly lady Stephanie who looked after us (the owner) the kitchen team and lovely and unforgettable server Luiji and his helper Roberto the robot 😀 They truly care and value their customers. They are all so friendly and nothing is too much for them ....the food is outstanding! Great taste and value for money! Preferred entertainment for our 10-year-old Sofia We would definitely come back from the UK if possible to see them all again and taste some of Florian's meals again 😋 Thank you so much for the best dinning experience"

"Overall a good hotel, however they advertise peace and relaxation with an indoor pool and sauna, but this is hardly possible as there are children all over the area and it feels like a children's playground. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you as only "children" count."

"Ομορφο μείγμα παραδοσιακών γερμανικών ξενοδοχείων με πολύ σύγχρονες ενημερώσεις... Κάποιοι που αναμιγνύονται τέλεια όπως ακόμα βλέπουν τις παλιές ξύλινες ακτίνες του κτιρίου... αλλά έχουν ένα υπέροχο ντους βροχής στο μπάνιο. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν τόσο άνετο μετά από μια μακρά μέρα ταξιδιού, είχε δύο καρέκλες να κάθεται σε ένα ωραίο κρεβάτι και ένα μέρος για όλα... και σκέφτηκα ότι οι γάντζοι άνθρακα κοντά στην πόρτα, οι ράβδοι των παπουτσιών και οι μεγάλες ζεστά πετσέτες ήταν μια πολύ προσεκτική κίνηση. Η βεράντα στο τέλος του κρεβατιού ήταν επίσης υπέροχη για να βάλετε αποσκευές, να βάλετε τα παπούτσια σας ή να ετοιμάσετε τις στολές σας την επόμενη μέρα. Είχατε επίσης ένα ωραίο γραφείο και αξιοπρεπές WiFi αν χρειαζόσασταν να κάνετε τις εργασίες. Δεν μπορούσα να ακούσω κανέναν άλλο από το δωμάτιό μας. Το πιο σημαντικό πράγμα για μένα είναι ένα καθαρό δωμάτιο και ήταν τόσο καθαρό παντού! Πετσέτες και φύλλο είναι τέλειο λευκό και μαλακό, σκληρά ξύλινα δάπεδα και χαλιά είναι εξαιρετικά ένα από τα πιο καθαρά μέρη που έχω πάει ποτέ. Το πιο εκπληκτικό πράγμα για το μέρος ήταν οι άνθρωποι που διοικούσαν το ξενοδοχείο, οι ζευγάρι ήταν αξιαγάπητοι και πάντα βοηθοί με έναν πραγματικό τρόπο, και είχαν μαζί τους τα παιδιά τους και μερικές φορές ήταν τόσο αξιαγάπητα. Θα ήθελα να συστήσω την εμπειρία τόσο λίγα οικογενειακά ξενοδοχεία που έμειναν και κανένα που να κάνει τόσο ζεστή και καλοδεχούμενη διαμονή."
