"The rooms are really nice for a hostel, spacious and bright. We were in the attic (hot, but they gave us a fan, even though there were five of us, lol). There's also a garden and a small fridge (for a fee) to stock up on. They were very kind and accommodating to any dietary and logistical needs. Comfortable beds, large and clean bathroom. Everyone was friendly, from the receptionist to the cook to the waiters. Highly recommended!"

"Comfortable location, in the center. Very kind gentleman met us and was a guest. He cooked a delicious cappuccino for breakfast. Breakfast is quite scarce, but kind. The room is quite acceptable in size, it has two separate beds, but they are narrow, one-sleep. At night, you have to be careful not to fall. The mattress is comfortable, and the pillows for me are very dense (there is the second set of pillows in the closet, they are the same dense) There is an elevator in the hotel, which is also important. On the walls there are different cute paintings, and in the hall for breakfast collection of photos of newspaper kiosks - fascinatingly look at them. Hotel is quite tired but tries to please guests in the measure of their possibilities"

"In Ferrara, we have also stayed at Radisson Hotel Ferrara. My review, to compare, can be found on TripAdvisor. Pros: - Location: (Walking) Castello Estense (4mins), Cattedrale di San Giorgio (5mins), Palazzo dei Diamanti (9mins), Corso Ercole I d’Este (11mins), Palazzo Schifanoia (16mins). - Bathroom amenities: Soap bar, combined shampoo/showergel, vanity kit, shower cap, hairdryer. - Room: spacious, very clean, with a beautiful frescoed ceiling. - Breakfast: delicious pastries. Cons: - Wi-Fi: extremely slow for 2026. I measured around 1 Mbps in the room and it was so sluggish I struggled to load even basic pages. That’s not acceptable nowadays. - Bed comfort: the mattress dipped noticeably in the middle and the pillows were very thin, so sleep quality suffered. - Technology: the TV was small and dated, and overall the hotel would benefit from some modernisation, particularly on the technology side."

"Το Casaforte La Bastide είναι ένα όμορφο, αποκατασταμένο μεσαιωνικό σπίτι, το οποίο βρίσκεται στην όμορφη εξοχή ακριβώς έξω από τη Φερράρα. Είναι ιδανικό μέρος για να μείνεις ενώ επισκέπτεσαι τη Φερράρα. Ποιο καλύτερο τρόπο να ανακαλύψεις την ιστορική πόλη από το να μείνεις σε ένα ιστορικό μνημείο; Το μοναστήρι διατηρεί μεγάλο μέρος της αρχικής μεσαιωνικής δομής του, ενώ διακοσμείται με αρχαία έπιπλα, τα οποία ενισχύουν την ατμόσφαιρα και παρέχουν πολύ σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Μείναμε στην Secret Suite, η οποία ήταν μεγάλη, ζεστή και πολύ χαρακτηριστική... το κρεβάτι, τα μαξιλάρια και τα κουβέρτα ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετα, αφήνοντας να ξεκουραστεί μια καλή νύχτα. Ο Τόμας μας έφτιαξε ένα τεράστιο πρωινό, που περιλάμβανε αυγά, φρέσκα αρτοποιία, ψωμί, jogurt, ψυγεία, τυρί και μπισκότα. Όσο καταπληκτικό κι αν ήταν η τοποθεσία, αυτό που έκανε την διαμονή ακόμα πιο απίστευτη ήταν η φιλοξενία των ιδιοκτήτων και του Τόμας."

"Ήμασταν πραγματικά καλό, ένα καθαρό, πολύ καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο μέρος με κάθε υπηρεσία, ένα άνετο κρεβάτι. Υπέροχο μέρος. Καλώς οργανωμένο καλωσόρισμα και πολύ φιλικό και προσωπικό προσωπικό. Θα το συμβούλευα. Θα επιστρέψω."

"Μείναμε τον Αύγουστο του 2024 με την οικογένειά μου (2 ενήλικες + 1 αγόρι 13 ετών). Κεντρική τοποθεσία είναι ένα βήμα από το ιστορικό κέντρο. Μεγάλη στάθμευση κοντά. Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο διπλό δωμάτιο, άνετο κρεβάτι καναπέ. Προσαρμοσμένο για οικογένειες. Είναι πολύ συμβουλευτικό!"
