I can't express how wonderful my husband's and mine experience was at Miltontre! Rosalia, our host is the most delightful person, she was so eager to help us get around the city of Florence. The room was picture perfect! Clean, private, spacious, beautifully decorated and with a perfectly adequate sized ensuite bathroom. The bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The room is located just outside the city center, a good 20 minute walk if you want to take in the city. There are a few good restaurants, coffee shops and transportation nearby. The neighborhood is beautiful and we felt very safe walking around exploring. Being our first time in Florence, travelling from Nicaragua, CA, I would highly recommend staying at Miltontre. Great price and exceptional attention (respectful of our privacy as well). We are definitely returning to Florence and staying at Rosalia's Miltontre Guesthouse.

If you are on the fence about booking just do it! Rosa was the most incredible host. Her kindness throughout my stay was exceedingly helpful. She treats everyone like family and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need during your stay. The place itself is about a 20 minute walk to the city center of Florence which I really did not mind as it was nice being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would stay here again definitely!

Weekend a Firenze per il Firenze Rocks. Abbiamo alloggiato qui al Miltontre e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Rosalia è stata subito disponibilissima, già dalla prenotazione avvenuta più di un mese prima. Una volta arrivati ci ha fornito informazioni utilissime per muoversi in città. La Guest House è ben posizionata, vicino a piazza della libertà e a una ventina di minuti a piedi da piazza del Duomo. La camera molto pulita e ordinata. Nel bagno c'è tutto l'occorrente per la pulizia personale. Nel complesso soggiorno davvero gradevole e confortevole, colgo ancora l'occasione per ringraziare Rosalia. Alla prossima!

Consiglio a pieni voti questo b&b che si trova in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro e con una vicina fermata del bus. Stanza pulitissima, colazione abbondante preparata con molta cura dalla padrona di casa Rosalia, gentilissima e cordiale, si è resa disponibile per ogni richiesta compresi gli ottimi consigli su Firenze. L'angolo cucina da usare in autonomia ci ha fatto sentire come a casa; rientrare la sera dopo lunghe camminate e potersi fare un caffè o una tisana non è cosa da poco.

Esperienza molto positiva. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città. Ambiente accogliente, spazioso ,confortevole e molto pulito. Valore aggiunto l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Rosalia pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Gentilissima, attenta nel suggerire itinerari e posti da visitare. Abbiamo apprezzato la soluzione della colazione in camera e la possibilità di usufruire di un coffe corner sempre a disposizione per bevande calde. Molto consigliato. Se dovessimo tornare a Firenze, sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione. Grazie di tutto!

Firenze è una bellissima città con una ampia offerta di attività da fare; soggiornare nella Guest House Miltontre aggiunge una deliziosa rifinitura: bellissime, spaziose e accoglienti le camere, molto generosa l'offerta per la colazione, ottima la localizzazione! Ciliegina sulla torta? L'accoglienza di Rosalia e Paolo... disponibili, organizzati e preparatissimi sulla conoscenza della città.

Rosalia ist eine bezaubernde und liebe Person, die uns sehr herzlich in ihrem BnB willkommen geheißen hat. Sie hat uns direkt beim Check-In als Florenz-Expertin bezüglich toller Restaurants und guter Sightseeing Spots beraten. Zusätzlich ist sie noch auf spezielle Wünsche beim angebotenen Frühstück eingegangen. Bellissimo. Die Stadt ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet.

Camera in appartamento centrale e comodissimo per visitare la città. Colazioni buonissime, con scelta molto varia. La host è gentilissima e molto disponibile a dare suggerimenti di eccellenti trattorie nelle vicinanze, ed altro.

Miltontre è un’ottima soluzione per chi intenda trascorrere qualche giorno a Firenze, ed ottimizzare il tempo da trascorrere in città. Appena fuori del Centro, si raggiunge comodamente anche a piedi (seppur ben servito dai mezzi pubblici) dalla Stazione. Le stanze sono molto pulite, confortevoli, e non rumorose. Rosalia è un host perfetta e gentilissima. Volendo, può fungere da guida turistica per chi voglia approfondire le proprie conoscenze di Firenze.
