The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, the room is spacious, very close to the customer company, very convenient. The surrounding supermarkets are not too close, and it is not convenient to buy small things. The facilities were generally good. The less satisfied place was that the bottom sheet of the bedding was not cotton when I slept on the second night. It was actually Poly. Maybe I have higher requirements for bedding. Everything else is quite good. I will stay again next time.

We stayed on a Friday night before crossing the bridge into Manhattan the next morning for a cruise. Check in was fast and friendly. Room older but clean. Bed was comfortable. Only caution, is the room did not have a microwave. In the morning, we took the free breakfast back to our room as there was not much seating in the lobby. Overall, a good price for clean accommodations.

It was close to Koreatown. It's located on the side of the road, and the breakfast was very simple. It was a little disappointing that there was no swimming pool.

We have just returned for being here for two weeks as a family. Firstly welcome was great. Reception staff - Emily, Noami and Kim were lovely! really helpful and nice - Hilton you picked three nice people there for there jobs! We had the apartment room as there was four of us! - nice, clean tidy and amble space. Kitchen and fridge was useful. We were out for most of the day, but nice to come home, shower and relax. Breakfast was ample and nice, lots of options. All I would say is maybe do pancakes daily. I would have liked Baked Beans and Fried eggs, but the bagels and other stuff was fine. ALL of the staff were lovely, friendly and very happy. We would have no reason not to stay here again and would recommend it for families! There is a bus stop down the road - 5 min walk straight into the Port Authority in Central New York! for two adults and two kids the return ticket is $22 ! which is great. There are lots of restaurants locally which is great. I would defiantly come back here again if we have the opportunity. Hats off to you ! Thanks for a great stay. 100% Hilton :) xx

Had a brilliant experience here. For such an affordable stay the quality was excellent, the room was lovely, clean and cosy and the services offered were great - kitchen, lounge, computer/library area and laundry room. They also have activities like movie nights which is such a great bonus. The staff were extremely kind - especially Yari - who helped my friend and I when we missed our bus. We really felt taken care of. The location is also great and well connected with a subway station a few minutes away and it felt safe walking home at night. I couldn't believe we found this place and that it was as good as it seemed, especially for NYC! I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much to the staff who made our stay so enjoyable ❤

The best hostel in NYC (ps: ensure no food in room!!!!! , otherwise tom & gerry will not make u be peaceful haha, besides fantastic, esp the employees are the best 🤍)

This was the perfect stay! The front desk workers were really helpful and friendly. Luis A. Was the main guy that took care of me and my guest. He was very helpful with extending my stay for an additional night.

We came down from Toronto for a few days. Family of 4 with 2 kids (2yo & 6yo). We chose the King suite for space, microwave and fridge. Our main focus was to visit American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon/ Dreamworks and quick visit to NYC. Convenient close drive to American dream approx 10min and 20min to Times Square (depending on what time you go). The hotel is located in an industrial business area so don’t expect much looking outside or walking around. The hotel is a bit dated but they keep It clean and presentable. The only issue I had upon arriving and departing was the automatic doors to keep open. They were not working on both sides of the building. It could have been useful when pushing in or out a trolley full of luggages but it’s not a deal breaker or end of the world. I didn’t even bother complaining about it to them. Everything was working in the room and was clean. The pictures I viewed on the internet matched exactly what I expected. On my second day I had a slight issue with a breaker being tripped. Javier at the desk was professional on handling the situation. He came up and opened the panel and switched it back on. Awesome service. The sofa bed is not the greatest or even close to terrible depending on the size of person. The actual mattress barely gives any support. It’s recommended to keep children on it than adults in my opinion, The complimentary breakfast was basic and it serves it purpose. I would say they did a great job on hosting it. Coffee, cereal, oatmeal, bagel, fruits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches and fruits. I was happy with what they served. I ate it for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience and it was what I expected. The price is a great value. I would recommend this hotel for families. I would come here again. Thank you for keep up to your standards. The hotel is on the roadside, so it's not hard to find. It must have been a hotel before and then renovated. What's more frustrating is that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your 28-inch luggage up.
