Fab building, loads of history , very industrial look, loved it, lucky to get an upgraded room on the top floor , very spacious with living area, comfiest beds ever and loved the separate quilts, pillows were to soft for us but were given some more, good size bathroom and hot powerful shower, location was ok about 10 min walk from waterfront , unsure about one tiny piece of the road we had to pass each night but we were fine just walked fast Would highly recommend price was unbelievable 😀 thank you for a great stay

I stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a good location: 10 mins by walk from the train station Gdansk Wrzeszcz, an hour to the city center by walk or 18 mins by tram, and 30 mins to the sea by tram. Nice and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, simple and tasty breakfasts - all you need for the good start of the day. Highly recommended 👌

The hotel is located in the most desirable part of Gdansk, right in the center of town, yet free from noice. The historic building has been beautifully restored, with great decoration and furniture. From the moment we entered the hotel door, until our departure, we receiver best service one can think of from hotels professional and kind personnel. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the hotel’s restaurant. During our stay we experienced a significant problem. We discussed the issue with the hotels management who very kindly and generously helped us solving the problem. We already looking forward to our next visit to Gdansk and Radisson Blu. As a Hilton Diamond I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's (as well as other Hilton's) and honestly I usually avoid them. With that said, the location of this hotel, the reviews and even the cost made it very attractive. On arrival which was MANY hours before check in. I had yet to mention my name or anything, I just asked if it was possible to check in early (even if in a few hours) and was accommodated without any issue. Ironically the person never even realized I was Diamond, never gave me snacks and all that stuff but I didn't care since I had a room MANY hours before the norm after an 8hr night train; I did receive the 'Diamond' stuff later and the person at reception apologized for not realizing it earlier or recognizing my status. Although I'd have preferred facing the front, it was a courtyard, very quiet, big room with a separate little desk area, large bed and little couch/chair. The room was very clean, the general service was great at the desk as well as in the restaurant. I am not much of a breakfast person (coffee YES!!) but the breakfast was plentiful with everything from meats, cheese, fish, hot buffet, waffles, cereal etc etc. One of the days I ate a little something and the food was fresh, hot and good. Location wise this hotel can't be beat, you are a 5 min walk to/from the waterfront, 5 min walk to the golden gate and I walked to/from the central station in 10-15 mins. Walking out the front there is a small parking lot and out the back there is a good little whisky place and a street of restaurants. 100% recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Our visit started with a hiccup but the staff solved the issue like pros. The result was more than satisfactory. We had such a pleasant stay in this new and modern hotel that was right in the middle of the old town without being affected by the noise and liveliness that comes with such areas. The rooms were spacious and impressively clean. We stayed in a connecting family room so the pre-teens get their own space and we got our space as parents. The hotel offered complimentary water and juices in the fridge which is something I have not seen in many other hotels. We were also able to park the car just next to the hotel (for a reasonable fee) which made our visit smoother. Already planning a new visit to the hotel :)

Food is excellent. The staff are very competent and friendly. Rooms are spacious boutique style. Very close to excellent river side facilities bars cafes restaurants and Amber jewellery markets. The galleon boat trips are good fun. All food and drinks are great value. . I had seafood meals every day. Heaven !

My friends and I stayed in a private room for four (two bunk beds) and shared bathroom for us and other private room. The space, although small, was nice and clean. Bedsheets were freshly washed as well as the towels - the only inconvenience I’d give the room is that we were unable to open the window. For a three-night stay it was very cheap, and fully complied with what we expected.

Quite clean and comfortable. Suitable for solo travellers. The location is fair too. Walkable to different attractions and there’s lot of restaurants nearby. The bathroom and washroom are shared by the same floor. They also provide lockers.

When I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and asked if my room was ready, I was told that the room was ready but i had to pay 60 PLN for early check in: Otherwise I had to wait at least 1 hour to check in. This was my third stay at this hotel this year and I'm Level 3 member but I was treated not like a guest but like an intruder. I stayed always in a Master Suite that should be equipped with bathrobes but they give only 1 bathrobe for 2 persons. As Level 3 member I should receive a restauraunt voucher for 10 Eur but they give you voucher only for 30 PLN. On the day of the check in I asked for a late check out and the lady in the reception confirmed I could check out at 14:30. On the day of my check out just a few minutes after 12, a rude and arrogant man from the reception called me twice in my room. The first time I didn't hear what he said because the phone has been out of order from January but they don't even care about fixing it. When he called me the second time he asked ”Do you know what time it is ? The check out is at 12” When I told him I have agreed to check out at 14:30 he told me it was not registered in the system. He didn't even apologize for his arrogant behaviour, In this hotel you are treated like an intruder and not like a guest. It felt like beeing in the old time of communism. It's far below Scandic standard. It's a shame.
