The hair lotion/conditioner is in the room. You have to go to Reception and ask the staff to get it. I hope the hotel will pay attention. Overall, this hotel has a good value for money. The male soup faces the direction of the station and you can see different scenery in the morning and evening. The female hot spring bath has great privacy, but no scenery. It seems that you can book private bathing for men and women, but we didn't have time to try it this time. The room is large and you can choose to make the bed. It's no problem for four people, but this time it was just my girlfriend and me. The view of the creek outside the room is particularly beautiful at night, but it is very light in the morning. It is recommended to bring your own eye mask to sleep late. There was a special event on Saturday, with many performances and stalls, and it was very atmospheric. Finally, there are meals, breakfast and dinner are not to be missed and can be enjoyed at a few designated times. We stayed for two nights and had different menus for both days.
