"The GOOD: clean, modern looking, felt safe, mostly quiet (aside from the constant stomping noise) nice large TV, nice fridge (no light inside tho), hidden parking area, lots of stores around, didn't see any bugs/roaches, had extra towels, toilet paper, soap in check-in area, etc.
The BAD: Even though they are single story rooms, I heard constant stomping from what sounded like a thin lady above me, CONSTANT! Didn't matter if I returned at 2pm, 2am, 7am, noon, this person never seemed to leave their room. Sooo irritating! Also, I returned at 4am and all the parking spots were taken. As soon as I went into my room, a person came out of another room and left, leaving a space available. I had to go back outside and move my car to that empty space. PARKING SPOTS SHOULD BE GUARANTEED FOR THOSE WHO PAID THE $10/NIGHT FEE TO PARK HERE, WHICH IS ANOTHER DOWNSIDE, THE $10/NIGHT PARKING FEE. I had already booked this place for 2 weeks before I found this out!"

"The hotel offers excellent value for money. Located in Glendale, one of the safest areas in LA, it's within a 40-minute drive of the airport and major attractions. The hotel is very new, with a gym featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a small swimming pool. Breakfast is free, and toiletries are available at the front desk. Parking is $25 per night, which is incredibly cheap in the US these days (around $75 per night in San Francisco). There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants within walking distance. Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's are about 1 kilometer away, both offering Alo Yoga, a local specialty."

"I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed, but they said there was one available and upgraded me to a larger room with two beds for free.
Also, when I arrived early, they arranged for me to be able to enter the room earlier than the original check-in time.
Furthermore, when I asked if I could delay check-out as my son was feeling a little unwell, I naturally assumed I would have to pay for it, but they extended it for free.
The room was also clean, spacious and comfortable.
I had a very pleasant stay, including their thoughtfulness.

Kitchen has everything you need to make and enjoy meals at home: cookware, cooking utensils, spices, dinnerware, flatware, glassware. New kitchen appliances: fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. Ninja blender, Keurig, electric kettle.
One reserved parking spot in the building carport, accessed with gate remote. Spot will fit a standard car, but not any extra oversize vehicles such as large trucks or SUVs. Very short walk from the parking spot into the unit--up one flight of stairs but otherwise very close. There is also a small elevator near the main entrance to the building--a little bit farther walk to the unit but also not a far distance. This is a smaller condo building, not a big complex.
At the moment there are only 31+ stays allowed. We will supply a good amount of starter supplies of everything you'll need--all soaps, paper products, cleaning products, etc., however please note replenishing supplies with be up to guests during their stay.
This is a condo building, not an apartment building and it's very important to us that our guests respect the building and do not cause any disruption to our neighbors. Parking is only allowed in our reserved parking spot at all times and no items can be left outside the front door of the condo that block the walkway. Quiet hours need to be respected from 10pm-8am.
Bedroom #1 features an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, lots of closet space, loveseat and dark curtains (technically blackout blinds, but not quite blackout in use due to the the way they sit on top of the window frames).
Bedroom #2: corner window with blackout curtains, large closet.
Bathroom #1: tub/shower with newly tiled floors, quartz vanity
Bathroom #2: accessed from the hallway. Please note there is a narrow entrance into this bathroom and standing shower is a little compact.
Please note: this is a lower unit and you will hear the upper tenant at times. There is also some typical street noise. We provide noise machines for your comfort, however I would not recommend this unit to someone who is particularly sensitive to noises.
Pets are not allowed per the HOA.
Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. We’re a very small hosting team — not a luxury hotel like the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons. We don’t have on-site staff or 24/7 concierge service, but we genuinely do our best to make every guest feel comfortable and supported during their stay.
Our homes are priced much more reasonably than nearby hotels, and while we’re always happy to help, we kindly ask guests to understand that we may not be able to meet every request in the same way a full-service hotel can.
It’s also important to note that the total price you see is not what the host actually receives.
Here’s a simple breakdown:
A portion goes to platform service fees
Cleaning fees go directly to professional cleaners
Taxes are collected based on local regulations
What remains (which is much less) goes to the host and hosting team — before covering rent or mortgage, utilities, supplies, maintenance, and day-to-day operations
For example, a $200/night stay for 2 nights does not mean the host receives $400. After fees, cleaning, and taxes, the actual amount received is significantly lower.
We truly appreciate guests who value transparency, fair pricing, and supporting independent hosts.

CLEANING FEE may also cover a few common or basic household items / supplies for the first few days of a stay.
