The front desk staff was furious when they saw me and backed off. Two so-called supervisors arrived and eventually told us we could move to the 15th floor. The man arrived in his leather shoes, without shoe covers. He also brought an air purifier and began installing it. Amidst the chaos, they told me they had called yesterday, but no one answered. First, I didn't receive any calls yesterday. This phone was only used for travel and hotel reservations. I didn't use my work phone while traveling, so there were no missed calls. Second, was the room phone just for decoration?
