"When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk but there was a sign on the counter, so we were fine waiting. As we stood there a young woman came around the corner and barely looked at us. She then proceeded to pull the sign off the counter and start typing on the computer in front of us without saying a single word or acknowledging us. She acted extremely irritated with us. After probably 5-8 minutes of silence, I asked her in a kind voice if she was ready for us. She barely looked away from her computer and said, ”in a few minutes” She finally asked us for our information and checked us in. I have never been treated this poorly at the front desk of a hotel in my life. Pretty unhospitable for a person in the hospitality business. The hotel itself had a nice room and comfortable beds. We didn't try the breakfast or the other facilities, but they looked good. Not sure if I would stay here again, if I'm treated so poorly."

A little piece of Paradise.....
This comfortable and amazing, fully furnished three bedroom and two bathroom home is located in the quiet Palm Valley neighborhood. There is a community park directly across the street from the home. Walking paths surround the park, with play ground and basketball court. Also adjacent from the park field is a wonderful landscaped neighborhood trail for your walking enjoyment. The home is situated only blocks from the Wigwam Golf Resort, Reds and Litchfield fine dining restaurant. Across from Wigwam resort offers papa Pauls Italian restaurant with wood fire pizza, sports bars and Mexican cuisine. Other things near by:
10 min to peoria ballpark and -20 min to Phoenix, Glendale Casino, Top Golf and Cardinal stadium. Spring training in Peoria Sports Complex, Several restaurants, breweries and shopping nearby as well.
The living room has a large entertainment center with surround sound, a 65 inch smart TV with a large selection of channels for your viewing pleasure. There are leather, reclining sofas for you to relax and a workstation with high-speed Internet and stereo with built in speakers inside and outside for your listening enjoyment.
The fully equipped kitchen features, newer stainless steel appliances, beautiful island with breakfast bar . Everything you need at an arms length away.
The master bedroom has a 70 inch TV. Walk in bathroom and large walk-in closet.
A beautiful jetted soaker bath tub with walk-in shower, as well as double sinks and separate toilet area.
The two guest rooms are down the hall . First guest bedroom offers a TV with queen size bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. A bathroom is adjacent from both guest rooms for convenience.
Outside is an entertainer‘s delight. Beautifully landscaped yard with a pebble tech heated pool, mood lighting and waterfall feature. Volleyball net and basketball hoop as well for an afternoon of fun. Adjacent to the grill is a dining area that seats six and another seating area that seats four.
The outdoor kitchen offers a built-in fridge, bar top and barbecue with light. At the end of the pool there is two chase lounges with umbrella. There are also ceiling speakers with fans in the covered patio area. Enjoy your music from the homes stereo while you enjoy the outdoors with friends and family.
The two car garage has an Apoxy floors, water softener, extra cabinet, work bench area and door to exterior side.
(Upon request we do charge $50 per day for heated pool usage - September 1st-June) this is a normal charge as gas is expensive.
This request can be made through private messaging the owner.

Our house welcomes up to 5 adults + 1 kiddo!

Traveling with little adventurers? They'll have a blast in our nice-sized backyard, putting green, and cornhole game! No need to worry about a pool, and there's a fantastic playground very close to the house.
For our tiny travelers, we've got you covered with a mini crib, pack'n'play, umbrella stroller, and high chair.

Not a long drive to West Gate shopping mall and entertainment district, Cardinal Stadium, Coyotes Hockey, hiking, golfing, tanger outlets and top golf.
Our private back yard has a gas fire pit . Sit outside at the Outdoor dinning table.Outdoor pool has water feature, and solar blanket during the winter months . It’s only heated by sunshine!
The home has two tv’s , one in master and one in living room with Roku .
We have a stereo you can play your favorite cd or just listen to radio inside or outside with surround sound.
Cook some good food with our outdoor BBQ Grill. Depending on time of year, we have a couple garden beds that may have a little something growing , for you to enjoy.
Stainless kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave , flat top stove with convection , air fry and bake oven. We have a dishwasher so it makes cleaning easier . You don’t have to buy water we have reverse osmosis with separate faucet !
If your a cook , there are lots of gadgets and many spices to make things easier.
There are 3 queen beds but we do have a blow up queen mattress you can put in living room if needed.
* We do have cameras on property, one in front, garage side yard, and in backyard. Before check in front camera will be on .
