"The location is excellent. Because I have allergies, the carpet was very bad for me. It was old and I think it couldn't be cleaned anymore. Otherwise everything was clean. We had to take my dogs with us unexpectedly because the dog sitter all over suddenly didn't want to take care of my dogs anymore. In your hotel you didn't cause any problems but were just understanding and I appreciate that very much. Otherwise we should have left.   In the restaurant a special table was made for us and my four-legged friends. They were all very sweet and very friendly to my Caisy and Flocky. The service from the restaurant was a 5 plus. We really enjoyed the menu: everything was very good. I have traveled and lived in 5 star plus hotels all over the world my whole life and I know when people give service and are professionals. But the human touch is still very rare. Someone I/we would like to thank especially for her help is Kiara or Ciara. She had the personal, very professional service that you hardly find anymore. I don't know how she did it, but even though it's the time of year when everything is fully booked and everyone is under stress, she made time for all of the customers and still didn't make anyone wait. She saw so many little things and helped with them, not just for us but for all of her customers. I have rarely seen anyone so friendly, helpful and professional. She already knew what the customers needed and took care of it before we even said it. I would like to thank her again for everything she did for us. "Το ξενοδοχείο είναι οικογενειακή ιδιοκτησία που διαχειρίζεται η οικογένεια Μάτι. Επιλέξαμε συγκεκριμένα αυτό, καθώς θέλαμε να δοκιμάσουμε την διάσημη ελβετική φιλοξενία που δυστυχώς βρέθηκε λείπει σε εμπορικά στεγαστικά ξενοδοχεία και ναι δεν κάναμε λάθος στην επιλογή μας ! Φτάσαμε στο σημείο λίγο αργά γύρω στις 9:00, αλλά η επιταγή της εμπειρίας ήταν ζεστή και πολύ ομαλή. Ήταν προσωπικά φροντισμένη από τον ιδιοκτήτη, από την επιταγή μέχρι την παράδοση των αποσκευών στα δωμάτιά μας. Είχαμε κλείσει για σουίτες που ήταν μεγάλα, καθαρά και το μπάνιο εξοπλισμένο με ντους, που επίσης ενεργούσε ως ατμός και χαμάμ (τώρα αυτό ήταν κάτι μοναδικό) και το απολαμβάναμε κάθε πρωί. Τοποθεσία είναι ωραία, λίγο μακριά από τον δρόμο, για να σας δώσω μια ωραία και πολύ διαμονή εμπειρία αλλά μόνο 12 λεπτά με τα πόδια στο προμάντεμα & το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Το καλύτερο μέρος ήταν η αιφνιδιαστική θέα από το μπαλκόνι μας. Περνούσαμε ώρες καθίζοντας εκεί και απολαμβάνοντας την ελβετική ομορφιά. "

"Located in center of Gstaad with very convenient parking, a completely modernized hotel wrapped in the charm of Gstaad. The rooms are large bright, well furnished and include modern led lights with full controls at bedside. Bathrooms are spacious with full size sink and shower, modern plumbing fixtures, and good water pressure. Elevators are new, quiet and fast. Towels and sheets are soft, absorbent and highest quality."

"Very quiet, no atmosphere, food is at best average & over priced. There are lots of good places to eat and stay in Gstaad, Ultima is not one of them. Staff are pleasant but this place is struggling to get the crowds in. If you like atmosphere and other guests I’d consider elsewhere."
