The hotel is very cosy and welcoming with friendly staff and a**osphere. We loved their country-style design with wooden decorations. We had a big room for three people, the bathroom had high-tech equipment, everything was clean and worked properly. The room also had French windows and a door to a small private yard! We also loved the beautiful red cat living in the hotel😊.

Really beautiful hotel in a really good location. The room and common areas were very clean and also pretty. There is a really good cafe inside with delicious teas and the breakfast is great too. The staff is really kind and attentive, they helped us with any requests or questions we had. There is also a cute cat to keep you company. One of the best hotels we’ve been to in China.

It was a lovely stay, and I wished I could have stayed longer here. The hosts are very friendly and helped with a lot of questions on where to go and how to avoid tourist traps. As it was colder when I arrived, they informed me to put on more layers to keep myself warm when heading out. Love the thoughtfulness of the host, as they have prepared hand cream and facial masks since the weather is colder and dryer now. It’s a nice retreat back to the room after sightseeing and shopping.
Also wanted to say, they use Dyson hairdryer 👍🏼

The hosts always greeted us warmly and gave excellent service, really nothing to complain about there. As the hotel was part cafe, we were extremely well fed with very good food. Cat was very cute. The room itself was very clean and cosy. Only thing is the tv had issues and I believe our neighbours were smoking in the room (common in guilin) and we could smell it through the aircon.

This was such a beautiful and homey place. The room was inviting and had many complinentaries and the café downstairs had good breakfast. The place even had a ballpit! Additionally, the staff was very nice and always helpful. Would definitely recommend!:)

It was a very pleasant stay. The room is very nice, cozy and clean. The service is very attentive and has good recommendations. Don't worry, if you don't speak Chinese, English is an option as well. Say hi to the cute cat there. :)
