Sheraton Guilin Hotel

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται κοντά στη γραφική περιοχή Xiangshan των δύο ποταμών και των τεσσάρων λιμνών και απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Το πρωινό είναι εντάξει! Η υπηρεσία δωματίου δεν φαίνεται να είναι τέλεια. Ζήτησα ένα ζευγάρι παντόφλες αλλά δεν το είδα! Γενικά είναι εντάξει! Ελπίζω να δοθεί προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες!

Το περιβάλλον είναι πολύ καλό, η τοποθεσία είναι επίσης καλή, όχι μακριά από το Elephant Trunk Hill Park, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται υπό ανακαίνιση κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής. Είναι μόνο δυνατό να ζήσετε έως τον 3ο όροφο από τις 8 το πρωί έως τις 6 το πρωί κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής. Τα παράθυρα είναι εντελώς φραγμένα από δέντρα και το παραποτάμιο τοπίο δεν είναι πολύ ορατό. Αν και το δωμάτιο ποσοστό έχει μειωθεί, αν γνωρίζετε αυτό νωρίτερα, επέλεξα το ξενοδοχείο δίπλα από την πόρτα, γιατί η θέα είναι το ίδιο. Επιπλέον, ως ένα ξενοδοχείο πέντε αστέρων, τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ μικρά και το επίπεδο της ρητής του ξενοδοχείου.

We spent 2 nights at Sheraton hotel in Guilin. The hotel is located very centrally in walking distance to most major tourist attractions and close to Guilin railway station. The staff was very attentive and absolutely accomodating for all of our wishes making our experience very memorable. The interior design of the hotel is well thought out and gives it a simple but elegant touch. The facilities include small swimming pool which we couldn't try due to the weather situation. The gym consisted of a handful of cardio treadmills and machines for resistance training from Life Fitness with an area in the corner with dumbells and foam rollers, yoga mats. The changing room came with a sauna. We can recommend the breakfast buffet which is a mix of Western breakfast and local specialties from Guilin. Out of the available package options we really enjoyed the photo shoot where they provide makeup and clothes(classy/elegant and Guilin traditional) to capture the amazing moments from the trip.

Sheraton Guilin is a great base for daily tours around Guilin. The hotel has a lot of choices for breakfast, beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the food street and walking along the river. We were upgraded to have access to the club lounge — highly recommended asking for annual upgrade. One recommendation we have is to increase the offering of vegetarian dishes — there are plenty of dishes in the club lounge that didn’t need the addition of animal meat. Avon, the manager, and her team took care of all of us during our stay.

The hotel location is hard to awesom! It's walking distance to some of the best sites in Guilin and the facilities are in very good condition. The food for breakfast is excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, although only a portion of the staff speaks English. There were very few Americans or English speakers during my visit. It wasn’t an issue, just of note. I was fortunate to have a room on the top floor facing the river and got a glimpse of a beautiful sunrise one morning. At night the musicians play by the river so it isn't the most quiet location but the view is great! One less desirable thing was they hosted a large tour group from Hong Kong on Saturday/Sunday and the group ate early and blocked access to the buffet. The staff was very apologetic and took care of me when I returned an hour later.

Hotel is located at the centre of Guilin. It is close to elephant trunk hill and tons of restaurants. It offers free Guilin art experience. My son got to learn ancient printing and art work. The food street is just right behind the hotel and 15-20mins walk to Dongxi lane and jingjiang prince palace. Excellent service. We left our power bank and they sent it back to me. We had a great time there.
