Zen Tea House Seven Stars Park

I really loved Zen Tea House! The location of the hotel was nice, there were a lot of shops around. The service was good, the cooperation with the coffee shop is great! The service was lovely, I got a free upgrade! Most of all though I really loved the room! It was spacious and the view on the river was amazing! The bath tub was amazing to relax it. I'd come back anytime I'm back in Guilin!

I really liked this hotel! The bed was comfortable, the room is clean, and the interior is cozy, at night it was no noisy. The staff is polite and the guy at the reception helped us at night to know what we were asked. Location of the hotel near the center, it is convenient to get by taxi. One minus is that there was not enough free space near the washbasin. Also in the hotel give a coupon for free coffee, but coffee can be obtained only after 9 am. Here is a small terrace and even a trailer! Upstairs there is a place where you can spend waged clothes. We are really satisfied!

Stayed in Guilin for three days. My room was clean, did not smell of cigarettes, and I had a lovely view. Upon arrival they give you a free coffee coupon which you can use in the coffee shop next door. The staff are friendly and respectful. The atmosphere was very peaceful. I would definitely book here again when I come back to Guilin!

The rooms are amazing ! The staff is helpful and very kind, and the location is great Moreover, they have a VERY CUTE dog If you come to Guilin, I recommend it 100%

This hotel is lovely - the rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is nice (right on the bank of a small river), and the staff is so kind and helpful. I don't speak very good Mandarin and they were so patient with me, helped me figure out how to get to Longji rice terraces, book tickets for attractions, etc. The hotel has a coffee shop attached to it, and you get a coupon for free coffee for each night you stay. The coffee shop is lovely, too! You can enjoy your coffee watching the river or inside. The hotel also has a pet corgi who greets guests - so cute! I'd definitely stay again!

Cute homestay that gave off a homely and relaxing feel. Some of the finishes we're starting to show their age but functioned perfectly well. The tatami beds were super comfy to sleep in. Our twin tatami room did not split wet and dry areas in the bathroom so consider upgrading if you prefer otherwise. They provided us water, new towels, and snacks when requested. The only downsides were that our room faces the back courtyard where residents store trash and on trash collection day, there is some smells if you are sensitive and the person(s) staying above us was running water throughout the night for some reason, which kept us up. The coffee from their cafe below were delicious. it's nice to have some coffee and take some pictures in their garden, overlooking the little river.

They gave delicious free coffee with the stay. Place was clean.
