When checking in, the front desk lady was very efficient. She completed all the procedures in three minutes. She also took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding play guides. When I saw that I was carrying my luggage, I immediately arranged for the staff to help deliver it to the room. It was intimate and thoughtful.
