"The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy restaurant 😖🤦👀! I felt like the prices within the hotel were totally unreasonable, about double what they should be. So, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and we bought toothbrushes 🪥 at a store for 190 drams instead of 300 drams... I have mixed feelings about this place."

"A gorgeous hotel right in the city center! I needed help even before check-in, and the staff were happy to assist me with my plans. We were celebrating my sister's birthday, and the hotel gave us a delicious cake as a complimentary treat – it was a really nice touch! The cleanliness, impeccable service, crisp white towels and linens, and comfortable slippers were all great. The room had everything we needed for our stay, even an iron! Breakfast was delightful; everything was fresh and tasty, with a wide variety of choices. The location is the best, yet you don't hear any city noise at all. We had a very comfortable stay here!"

"This hotel was excellent! Both the service and cleanliness were top-notch, and my kids and I were very satisfied. We stayed for four consecutive days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's pool was a huge hit with the children, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious."

"Pros: good breakfasts, a swimming pool, and access to the water park. Cons: there's nothing around the hotel except the water park; no shops. You have to take a taxi to Yerevan city center. The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the guys at the reception. We arrived in the morning, and they wouldn't check us in, even though our room was free and ready. They asked for double the room rate to check us in just four hours early, which we refused. After that, they allowed us to wait on a torn leather sofa in the hallway. My child and I, after an overnight flight, slept on this sofa with people walking past us. Some guests even brought us water because the hotel staff didn't offer any. They also didn't suggest we wait on a sun lounger by the pool, or leave our luggage at reception, nor did they offer us breakfast, even though we were willing to pay for it. After several hours of waiting in the hallway, we were checked into room 112, which was in terrible condition (peeling paint on the walls, dirt, torn sheets). After I said that the room was unfit for habitation, they suggested we go to another hotel. I have never encountered such an attitude in any country, and I've visited many. Two hours later, a woman came and offered to move us to the adjacent room, which was in normal condition, meaning those guys deliberately gave us a dilapidated room even though a perfectly fine one next door was available. The situation repeated itself on our check-out day. The guy at reception told us we couldn't relax on a sun lounger by the pool after checking out of our room; we had to leave the hotel immediately, regardless of the fact that our flight was in the evening and there's nothing near the hotel. My son and I stayed by the pool for a bit, after which I had to listen to this guy's complaints for a long time. Either the staff are untrained and lack any education in the hospitality industry, or this is the hotel owner's policy."

"Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight."

"If you're looking to be close to the city center, this isn't the place for you. The location wasn't an issue for us, though. The value for money is excellent. The staff are responsive, and they only speak English. The room has everything you need (slippers, shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, hairdryer). The internet worked perfectly! Only cable TV is available (if that matters to anyone). You can smoke in the inner courtyard, where there are chairs. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it. Overall, a solid four stars."

"Спасибо большое отелю, нам дали огромный отличный номер, ресторан работает 24/7, нам принесли ужин в номер в 11 часов вечера. Нам было очень комфортно, удобные матрасы и подушки. Скоро вернемся опять!"
