The receptionists were like walking encyclopedias, patiently telling us which restaurants were good nearby, how much a taxi would cost, and even thoughtfully reminding us about the temperature and time difference. The room was spotless; the bedding was crisp and clean with no odor, and even the bathroom windows were sparkling clean. The amenities were also very complete."

"Problems discovered by this hotel: There was a hole in the pillow when I checked in. When I woke up in the morning, I found that it was torn open and there was one pillow for each bed. The bed is so thin that you can feel the edges and corners of the mattress wires when you touch it. One of the beds creaked when turned over. Can bathroom faucets be equipped with splash screens? Can you decorate or brighten the lights in the room more? It’s too depressing! The breakfast arrived at 9:30 and there was basically nothing. Then the eggs were boiled and not yet eaten! I want to make the hotel a good one. I hope the hotel owner can strengthen management and detail. I stayed in the hotel for 20 consecutive days. This hotel left a deep impression on me!"

"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a laundry and drying room. The owner even upgraded our room, which was very kind of them. Parking was convenient, and there were charging stations at the entrance. It's also a pet-friendly hotel. It's really not easy to find such a good hotel when traveling with furry friends; it was unexpectedly good, and the room smelled nice. The breakfast was also plentiful, with freshly made steamed buns that were clean and healthy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying at such a wonderful hotel while traveling really warmed my heart 😭"
