Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

This review is based on actual photos. I was on a business trip to Benxi and picked this newly opened hotel, and I definitely made the right choice! The location is easy to find, the hotel building is large, and it smells wonderfully fragrant as soon as you walk in. The hallways are carpeted, and there are plenty of elevators so no waiting. As soon as I opened the room door, the space looked to be about 40-50 square meters. It felt incredibly spacious the moment I walked in, completely avoiding that cramped, cheap hotel feeling. The bathroom deserves special praise. The wet and dry areas are designed very scientifically. The sink is large and bright; usually when I stay in hotels, I feel restricted when washing my face or hands, but here, it's completely different – two people can get ready simultaneously without bumping into each other. They even thoughtfully provided face towels. Plus, it has both a bathtub and a shower, so you can choose to relax in a bath or have a quick rinse, which is incredibly thoughtful. The bathrobes in the wardrobe were very new and plush, feeling quite luxurious to the touch. They even provided a shoe brush and shoehorn for guests, which is quite comprehensive. The smart devices are also impressive; it's a fully smart home with appliances, lights, and curtains that can be controlled by voice or switch. My room had a great location; I could see the Taizi River as soon as I opened the curtains, offering a broad view. The reason I chose this hotel is that it just opened this year. The advantages of a new hotel are so obvious: everything is spotless, there's no unpleasant smell at all, and all the amenities are complete. The shampoo and shower gel are also of good quality. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I do have one small suggestion: it would be great if the lighting brightness could be adjusted. The reading mode is a bit too bright, and the soft mode is a bit too dim for looking at a phone.

This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

I'm very satisfied. The hardware and software are both in place, making it a pleasant experience. The front desk, guest room, and restaurant staff are especially attentive and helpful, answering every question and making it feel like home. As the only decent hotel in town, the newly opened environment was excellent. However, the renovations were not yet complete, the underground parking garage was not yet open, and while there were some parking lines on the ground, there was no management, resulting in chaotic parking. When there were no spaces, people had to park on the sides of the road. There was only one staff member at the front desk, who was busy handling many tasks and couldn't promptly greet arriving guests. The two elevators were extremely slow. There was a slight smell of smoke in the room (possibly due to the renovations), and after turning on the air conditioning, there was an unpleasant odor. After showering, the renovation smell was very strong when entering the room. There was a glass partition between the shower and the room; although it was covered with a thin film, it was still very clear that people could see each other, which was quite awkward. There was no clothesline. The shower floor had a steep slope, making drainage very poor. The TV was unusable, and the internet was extremely slow, requiring screen mirroring. The breakfast was very Chinese-style, with not a single piece of bread—unbelievable for an international hotel. The variety was extremely limited. There were some staff members in the restaurant who were quite proactive, but they weren't wearing uniforms, and when they came to clear tables, I thought other customers were trying to steal them.
