"The hotel is in good condition, clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The toilet has automatic heating function and there are small robots to send water. The hotel staff is very nice and very welcoming. The location of the hotel is also very good, just on the side of Heilongjiang Park, you can punch in many places along the river. The bus stop of No. 3 is particularly close and No. 1 is not far away. Many Russian brothers stay here, but they are too enthusiastic, turning on the stereo in the middle of the night, making people unable to sleep."

At breakfast there was a good selection of food and drinks, during breakfast the Chinese cook fried eggs, omelettes, etc., we didn’t leave hungry.
A little far from the pedestrian street and embankment, but this was not a problem for us. My parents had a good view from the window, but ours looked out onto the courtyard, it wasn’t very nice(

"I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a good location, a large parking lot, spacious rooms, and decent service. However, many details were unsatisfactory. First, it took at least five minutes for hot water to come on. The front desk explained that the building was designed so that hot water flowed from the top floor to the bottom, hence the wait for lower floors. Second, while water pipes are supposed to be embedded in the walls, how could anyone hear the water running inside? In this hotel room, it was audible. Especially at night, when everyone was using water, there was a gurgling sound from the walls that lasted until midnight. Third, while washing hands at the sink, a drainpipe suddenly burst, spilling water everywhere. Fourth, renovations were underway on floors one through three, starting before 7 AM, severely disrupting rest. Fifth, the breakfast was simply inedible… I strongly suggest the hotel improve these aspects; otherwise, the guest experience is truly unpleasant.

GGuest UserThe Wangjiang Hotel has a lovely ambiance, a spacious car park, and parking is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, check-in was swift, and they even upgraded my room for free. The facilities are excellent; the bathroom features a wet and dry separation, and there's a dedicated wardrobe. The restaurant is spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety including milk, coffee, and soy milk. Overall, my stay at the hotel was wonderfully comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserHeihe Airport bus can be sent to the hotel according to passenger requirements. There is a dumpling restaurant nearby. The food is good. It is also very convenient to eat in the cold Heihe. The room was spacious, but the shower and toilet were together. After the shower, the whole question was soaked. It was the first time to live in a hotel room that was not separated from dry and wet in China. I will pay attention to it when I book the hotel next time.

The receptionist at the door was attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently led us to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff was also enthusiastic and introduced the characteristics of the hotel to us, including the room types and what was in the room. GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the hotel to check in, for some reason I was transferred to the nearby Yida Hotel. Yida Hotel has a good location, a large and convenient parking lot, and good service. I was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom, one-living room room; the room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was new, and it was quiet at night. It's also close to the riverside and night market, so I recommend it. Renhe Hotel also has good front desk service.
