"The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. There's a large parking lot in front, making parking incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can find all sorts of good food. The decor is a stylish, natural wood style. The lobby is very cozy, and I even played a piano. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities were new and complete. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied. "My family and I checked into the Courtyard by Marriott on the afternoon of the 5th. The hotel is relatively new, connected to the Renaissance by two buildings. 1. The breakfast, served at the Renaissance side, was fantastic! They had Xinjiang specialty yogurt zongzi, baked samsa, sazi, and a few other items. Everything tasted great, surpassing the breakfast at the Hilton in Kuqa and Aksu where we stayed later. 2. The location is on the edge of the city center; it takes about ten minutes to get there. 3. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, Guo and Ella. These two young ladies were soft-spoken, always smiling, explained hotel matters in detail, and recommended several excellent restaurants. 4. The room was tidy, clean, and spacious. Highly recommended!"

"I chose this hotel after looking through many options for my trip to Xinjiang. Since my flight arrived in Korla and I was taking a train to Aksu, I picked a hotel close to the train station. What I liked most was its location on the main road; not only was it near the train station, but the airport shuttle also passes by this main road, making it very convenient to get here from the airport. As for the hotel experience: the service was excellent, they gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the cleanliness was also top-notch. At first, the TV in the room could be adjusted from all angles, which almost led to a funny mishap, haha. Overall, the stay was fantastic, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and it was easy to get around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"This is arguably the newest and most luxurious hotel in Korla, with a great sense of design. The lobby has a wonderful play of light and shadow from the direct sunlight. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but perhaps because it's newly opened, there are still some areas that need improvement and fine-tuning. For example, the kids' club still has a strong odor and no dedicated staff supervision; I even saw uneaten ice cream dropped by children that hadn't been cleaned up. The hot pot restaurant staff also seemed quite inexperienced; sometimes several would appear at once, and other times no one could be found. However, despite these shortcomings, the hotel's client manager, Alice, was very prompt in responding to and resolving issues. Furthermore, the room cleanliness, the lounge's view, and the scenery were all excellent. At night, you can even see the lights of the pagoda. Overall, it's pretty good value for money!"

Perfect hotel! Our family of three stayed for two days and had a great experience. The price is affordable and everyone can see that we stayed in a twin room. The hygiene is very good and the service is quite good. Let me tell you a story. There was a problem with the vending machine in the hotel lobby, but the owner of the machine could not be contacted (bad review for the vending machine). The hotel front desk did not shirk responsibility, but paid the bill first, and then they contacted the owner of the vending machine to resolve the problem themselves. Great. The front desk was very welcoming, even the security guy was very welcoming. The environment is very good, new hotel. Korla Wassim Hotel is a very warm and welcoming place. I was taking care of an elder at the hospital across the street, and the hotel was incredibly close. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, was very kind and patient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. When I asked a server if I could take a breakfast to the patient, they enthusiastically provided a takeaway box. All the staff were very friendly. Plus, the parking lot is large and free, which is a great bonus. Everything was excellent.

A less than pleasant stay. We booked a family room, specifying four people (three adults and one child) and requiring four pairs of slippers, but none were provided in the room. Although we requested them over the phone, there weren't enough toothbrushes or shower caps, and nothing for the child was provided – it felt careless. The bathroom drain was clogged, and after the first person showered, the bathroom flooded. We had to wait for someone to fix it after midnight. The air conditioning was faulty; even at 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees Celsius. Sleeping on the thick mattress was uncomfortable even without a blanket, and since we finished showering around 1 or 2 AM, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. We were woken up at 9 AM by loud construction noise outside the window. Local government officials start work at 10 AM, so 9 AM is roughly equivalent to 7 or 8 AM in inland China. We had specifically requested a quiet room in the booking notes, but our needs weren't considered at all when the room was arranged, which made us quite angry. This was the worst hotel experience of our two-week trip to Xinjiang.
